Muy céntrico pero hay que reparar el baño
Pros:

La ubicación excelente y las vistas.
La terraza con vistas preciosas. El desayuno incluido estaba bien. Nos dejó dejar las maletas unas horas más. El personal muy agradable,habla muchos idiomas.

Cons:

El baño estaba muy mal,en concreto la ducha,sin media mampara,con una cortina sucia y muy cutre,que daba reparo casi ducharse. El ascensor muy ruidoso sonando toda la noche. La cama mejorable.

Otel konumu ve kahvaltısı sizin için önemli ise güzel bir tesis

Kahvaltı sade ama doyurucuydu. Turistler için ve farklı kültürler için çok mükemmel bir kahvaltı.

Cons:

Oda çok soğuktu.Yataklar içe gömük ve çift kişilk yatak tek kişilik 2 yatak birleşimiydi.Bundan dolayı yatağın ortasına gömülüyordum.Odada terlik yoktu bence en önemli sorunlardan biri. Yerler soğuk olduğundan bu ciddi sorun oluyor hep ayakkabı ile dolaşamıyorsunuz. Odam hiç bir yeri görmüyordu o yüzden perde dahi açamadık ama kahvaltı salonunda gerçekten güzel bir manzaranız oluyor.

Heating system was not good enough. However, when we told them room was not warm enough, they promptly got us a very efficient space heater.

The best place in Florence!
Pros:

The location is exceptional! It’s in front of the Duomo and all the historic Center close by by walking. The room was small enough for a short stay with a beautiful view of the Cathedral, clean and the the staff very kind and supportive. The breakfast very complete and nice! We definitely would come back here! Thanks Firenze ⚜️💛
