Un bon choix pour profiter de la vue !
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, vue sur la vallée de la Qadisha et les montagnes. Personnel attentif et efficace. Bon petit-déjeuner libanais. Chambre confortable (suite) et bien chauffée.

Beautiful but needs some renwing

The place is amaziiiinnnnnggggggg and the staff are very sweet and nice i would definitely revisit again it was beautiful and the food taste really good

A wonderful and authentic stay in Bcharre
Pros:

What amazing views and hospitable service. Breakfast was great, and a really comfy bed.

Cons:

Maybe having a bedside lamp but other than that nothing I didn't like!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered during my recent stay. Despite receiving a booking confirmation along with a confirmation number, I was extremely disappointed to find upon arrival after a 3-hour drive from Beirut that my reserved room had been given to someone else.

Additionally, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment in advance, even though the booking terms clearly stated that payment was to be made at the property. The handling of the situation by the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more distressing.

This was not only inconvenient but also deeply frustrating, especially after a long journey.
