Emirates Plaza Hotel

Muy malo, nada que ver a la descripcion, tiene 3 barrs y discoteca en la propiedad, imposible descansar , ruidos borrachos por tido el hotel , no lo recomiendo

Realmente mi peor experiencia en un hotel, el hotel posee 4 bar/con show, desde las 21hs hasta las 4 am hay música muy alta, sin poder dormir, sin contar que entra y sale gente que no son residentes del hotel y usan los mismos ascensores y acceden a todo el hotel sin ningun problema, el cuarto sucio, éramos tres personas y había toallas para dos, había que reclamarlas, opte por irme a otro hotel y no quisieron reembolsarme el dinero.

Nice hotel to stay, surrounded by many Small shops and street food , almost everything available around the hotel.

Annonce avec service de voiturier mais en arrivant il m’est dit qu’aucun service n’est disponible ni de place de parking.
De plus, on me suggère de réserver ailleurs parce que la nuit risque d’être bruyante à cause de soirées.

Too much noise coming from out like music sounds, car horn and people talking in the outer corridor.

Everything, the wheather, the beach, the people, the city is amazing

My stay was very nice and comfortable unless for the fact that the was no microwave in my room which got me so frustrated trying to call for service at each given point in time when needed to warm my food. Please try as much as possible to provide microwave in each of the rooms. Thanks to the management.

Looks like it hasn’t been updated in the past 20 years. Pictures don’t look like the posts, I got updated to the suite and was still a disaster. My 3 colleagues also stayed here, it was so bad I even drove back to dubai one night instead of staying. And the 3 night clubs in this place blast out the entire hotel until 4am in the morning. Just don’t stay here, you’ll regret.

everything was good until i learned there are 3 bars in the hotel. ground, 5th and rooftop, you can just imagine the noise. good thing we stayed there for new year's eve.

Hotel location was ideal, however, the lack of parking facilities was a major drawback. Part of the parking sports surrounding the hotel were designated for "Residents" and inspite of paying an extra daily rate of AED 15.00, my car was towed for parking in a "Resident" spot and costed me an extra AED 600.00 to get my car back. Every hotel should have parking facilities for its guests. One of the check-in staff was not sympathetic at all and she had a cold attitude. The Security staff was very helpful in directing me to where to retrieve my car. The Concierge and other staff were helpful

Odd smell in lobby and hallways, exit sign aluminated my bedroom and I could not turn the light off. Very loud music until 4 am. Disappointed in-hotel restaurant

Is was very nice Hotel

I made a last minute booking and rushed and made the mistake not to look at the feedback. This place is really bad, the bathroom smelled terrible, the hot water ran out, the ac wasn't working and to top it all of there was a super loud nightclub in the hotel so the entire hotel smelled really bad and was extremely loud. I couldn't sleep until it's stopped around 4am. I would not recommend this at all to avoid at all costs especially that the lobby at night looked like a brothel. Ha di not been extremely tired and in need to sleep I would have left right way, which I promptly did the next day.

The only good things about this hotel, well I can say are the staff specially the lady on the reception desk. She's been so nice and helpful. But after that is not something which I r command to anyone specially if is a family. The rooms are advertised with a sofa bed and I personally rented because of that, however THERE IS NO EVEN ONE ROOM in entire hotel that has sofa bed. Three floors of the hotel are holding different clubs and bars which make the hotel so busy and noisy whole evening through late in the morning. Even the taxi drivers had no good comments on this hotel.

It was terrible. The hotel seemed to be a big club or managed to serve the clubs it has. The rooms were not as presented on expedia.com.

Average but good value for the price; centrally located

This hotel is not clean, parking is none existent, the place is noisy all night it's like trying to sleep in a night club.
