Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Food for both breakfast and dinner buffets can be improved.

It is an excellent property, centrally located, metro rail station just a step away from its gates, with smartly appointed rooms with all modern amenities, Buffet breakfast served at the restaurant, a mix of Indian and European fare, included in the tariff, was excellent. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff, always polite, helpful and cheerful. Very special among them was Ms Pavana, at the reception desk, who addressed all our requests with clockwork efficiency, always with a smile.

Sangeeta on the front desk was very helpful.
The room and the bathroom was very ckean and tidy.
The only thing we were missing in the room was a hairdryer.
Most of the hotels have hairdryer.

One of the people in our group forgot to bring her passport, she left it at our base where we were returning after a 2-day stay at this hotel. She had a copy of the passport on her phone but that wasn't good enough, they wanted here visa details. They wouldn't let us stay at the hotel unless we produced a copy of the visa by 4 pm. So we had to contact the base (which was a 4 hour trip) and get someone to email it. Surely this bureaucracy was unnecessary.

We had a late check in and could not explore the hotel fully; however the room facilities, cleanliness and general ambience of the hotel is excellent. It’s location on banerjee road in the heart of the city makes it ideal for those wishing to visit any part of Ernakulam. Will definitely stay here again.

Over all vey nice stay. Rooms ma were good. Staff was cooperative. Cleanliness is satisfactory.

Food at the restaurant is pathetic and over priced. specially the lunch buffet was abnormally overpriced and was really poor. Service at the restaurant is very poor. the reception desk is equally horrible. Staffs have no coordination between themselves, specially when shifts change. i booked a vehicle for going to munnar. it came 3 hours late as the reception staffs did not do their job properly. the rooms are kind of choked, views are poor. overall, very average stay. the experienced is worsened by the fact that the food is so poor.

Check in was smooth. Hotel is centrally located, right next to a Kochi Metro stop, and convenient to city bus service and Ernakulam Town train station. Friendly staff. Really good restaurant with well-prepared meals. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air-conditioning works well, and power interruptions are backed up by generator. Good internet/wifi connection.

Booked it reading some reviews which were very misleading.Infact a very bad hotel to stay.The restaurents are awe ful .Below standard level for the room and restroom.No security at night .Found the receptionist and security watching movies ,while the gates were locked .Had to personally summon them To get the gate opened .Will never recommend it to others.

The overall stay was good. The hotel really needs to sort out the hot water problems. Our room was changed after the first night with no hot water. The next room also had a problem with hot water. It was sorted out after much complaining and frustration.

The staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have every had.

Stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean. Safe was difficult to use, pool was that of a 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast was pretty decent. Location was poor as there was construction going on right beside the hotel and always noisy in the day time. Also it was difficult for tuk-tuk drivers and uber drivers to find the location/entrance of the hotel. There is a cheap restaurant outside the hotel where the food was excellent! Their keycard system was flawed. I booked for 3 nights but after each night my card would stop working at noon and I had to Overall, expected more for what I paid for. But then again not many nice hotels in Cochin. This is better suited for business travellers and not for people on vacation.

The Room was good and clean. Service was good and friendly. Food was good. Great stay with my family.

ระหว่างทางจากสนามบินตื้นเต้นมาก รู้สึกไกล หรือว่าโชเฟอร์อาจไม่รู้ทาง เลี้ยวซ้าย เลี้ยวขวาเยอะมาก เยอะหมายถึงมากกว่า 2-3เลี้ยว. ทางตรงซอกเล็กซอกน้อย เยอะไปหมด แต่พอไปถึงที่ โอ้!!!! รรน่ารักสุดๆ
ด้านหน้าไม่เท่าไร แต่ห้องพักน่ารักมาก ห้องน้ำ เตียง นอนสบายดี
