Excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários, quarto muito limpo, chuveiro e colchão excelentes. Vale ressaltar o ar condicionado do quarto que é muito silencioso. Me hospedei no quarto com vista para o lago e valeu muito a pena, pois a vista é incrível.
Gostei bastante das piscinas que estavam limpas e a água é aquecida

Cons:

Me incomodou o fato de ter evento no hotel na data da minha hospedagem. Foram montadas estruturas na área das piscinas e com isso havia vários funcionários tercerizados e também do hotel trabalhando na montagem, outros testando som, etc e com isso não possível ter tranquilade.

Tudo. Hotel muito confortável. Funcionários principalmente recepcionistas muito educados e atenciosos estão de parabéns. Hotel com ótimas instalações, bem limpo e ótimo café da manhã. Piscinas aquecinas é um diferencial importante para a região.
