Los empleados del hotel amables (El portero sobre todo) Tanto el portero como los chicos de recepción.
Cerca del aeropuerto y de zona comercial.
1. Si quieres pagar en efectivo en QUETZALES, que es su moneda local, te aplican su propio tipo de cambio (porque dicen que ellos cobran en dolares, absurdo estando en guatemala) y te hacen un cambio pero que el real. Es decir: por pagar en efectivo tuvimos que pagar 3 dólares más, lo cual me parece una estafa directa.
Dijimos que entonces nos cobrarán en dólares en tarjeta, pero nos dicen que no, que en tarjeta tienen que cobrar en Quetzales con ese mismo cambio.
Decimos que pagamos más tarde y vamos a sacar dolares: nos dicen que no. Que hay que pagar ya. Absurdo.
2. Pone habitación con ventana y ventilación natural. Mentira. La ventana da al pasillo de recepción.
3. Ruido INSOPORTABLE de discotecas de al rededor hasta muy tarde. Tuvimos que dormir con tapones.
Hay hoteles muchísimo mejores por el mismo o menor precio.

El horario del desayuno. Al terminar la.hora establecida del mismo, no había posibilidad de solicitar algunos desayunos.
El hotel está perfectamente ubicado en la zona 10. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y las habitaciones estaban limpias. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí :)
The location was good.
Breakfast was great! Location was great close to shopping centers. I felt safe walking around the area during the day and returning to the hotel at night. All the personal was very nice and friendly. Nice and neat boutique hotel.
During the night it was a bit noisy the music from bars/restaurants around the neighborhood. For my fortune, they close at midnight.

Lo céntrico, muy comodo y limpio. Tuve que salir temprano y me ofrecieron lunch box.
Tomar en cuenta que el parqueo está al costado del hotel.. la chica de recepción fue muy atenta y me apoyó con la ubicación.
No habia agua caliente cuando llegué , pero me apoyaron para solucionar el problema, aunque no pudieron hacerlo al 100%. Pero por la hora en que ingresé lo comprendo.
