This was in the right location zone 10 and not as expensive as other hotels. Helpful friendly team at reception and security. The rooms are comfortable. It felt safe. There’s a good coffee shop next door and a fancy shopping centre across the road.
It takes a bit to get used to no external windows but windows onto a corridor or breakfast room. No lift but I was helped carrying my luggage.

The room with balcony were great! Very clean and good size. Location in zone 10 is great to access restaurants, etc. I was able to store my luggage and go to the Oakland Place mall before returning for suitcase. Bathroom was venilated well and great size shower.
The staff overall were nice, but there was one person not very kind...but other desk and security personnel were kind and aporoachable. Perhaps she was having a bad day. It happens.
Zone 10 has a horrible traffic problem during rush hour as it took a friend excessive time to arrive. So, I no longer stay in this zone. But if this isn't a concern, it was a great hotel and I would stay again.
Steps inside the hotel felt steep.

Il y avait un spectacle de boxe dans un bar la rue à côté et c’était à croire que le bar se trouvait juste en arrière de notre mur.. et pourtant non.. impossible de dormir jusqu’à 1:00 du matin.. j’imagine que c’était exceptionnel.
Chambre un peu petite sinon mais pour 1 nuit c’était bien.
