Staff amable, buena ubicación, habitación muy bonita y cómoda, desayuno genial.

Cons:

Había mal olor en el baño por lo que debimos mantener la puerta cerrada pero al utilizarlo era bastante fuerte el olor a cañerías.

The room was really comfortable for three people and also the beds. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful with the activities, like balloon flights and trips. The breakfast was tasty, average in Turkey.

Location was near to centre.

Cons:

Did not appreciate the lady at breakfast. She refused me a cup of tea saying breakfast ends at 10 am. I got only half cup of tea and that's also cold. So rude of her. I paid a hefty sum for one day to receive such bad service. I think this would only take her 3 mins to boil a cup of tea. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional lady.

Pros:

Everything is good. Friendly staff. Clean bed. Breakfast is average. Close to a lot of restaurant & located near to Goreme town. Can view hot air balloon from the terrace. Highly recommend.

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

Tutto meraviglioso, struttura bellissima e altrettanto le camere.
La colazione è top potete trovare sia dolce che salato.
