La hospitalidad del personal, su predisposición a ayudar y el trato cercao y hogareño, en particualr de la cocinera y house keeper.
El desayuno estaba excelente y se notaba que era casero.

Cons:

La ducha necesitaba un mayor mantenimiento y en alguna ocasión tuvimos malentendido comunicativo.

Good place and great staff
Pros:

Very nice environment, excellent position, super cool terrace, very rich breakfast, clean room. But the best thing was the staff: everyone is super nice and they helped us with the itinerary since google maps was not working properly and gave us very good advices on places to visit, in addition they provided very efficient help with air baloon experience booking despite our short notice request, also the pickup was at the building itself. Thank you so much for everything!

Not a good value for money considering the room conditions.
Pros:

The staffs were very cordial and friendly except the one in the restaurant. They tried to help in every way possible.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved. The deluxe room suit was pretty good but the economy room was in pretty bad shape. It was underground and there were limited lights and air. The toilet and also the room had a bad damp smell. The room was small and a bit difficult to stay due to its unusual shape.

Excellent place close to everything.
Pros:

I liked the place, the room was awesome, the bathroom exceptional, and the breakfast met my expectations.

Cons:

Although it is close to the main street in Cappadocia, the neighborhood is not so nice.

Perfetto hotel per soggiorno in Cappadocia
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, posizione vicina al centro ma silenziosa, camera molto grande e pulita. Colazione tipica turca. Transfer per l’aeroporto organizzato dallo staff dell’hotel. Tutto ottimo

Pros:

Buena ubicación, tranquilo, limpio. La recepción excelente: fueron muy amables y nos recibieron genial!! El desayuno excepcional! La comida estaba riquísima y además podías escoger mesa dentro o fuera con unas buenas vistas. Había amplitud por lo que había intimidad entre las mesas.

Cons:

Todo estaba muy bien, simplemente cuidar ciertos detalles en el cuarto de baño.
