Location great...actual stay not so much
Pros:

The location was great close to train stations, 7/11 and Universal Studios.
The kitchen staff and breakfast were really nice.

Cons:

The room was not comfortable at all. The pillows were horrendous and the hotel would only provide one pillow per person and would not accommodate any extra pillow requests.
The rooms also did not smell very well and you could hear everything going on outside your rooms.

Hotel grande, comodo per gli Universal Studios ma letti scomodi!!
Pros:

Stanza grande per 4 persone, bagno grande con vasca e doccia, camere a tema per bambini, accessori e beauty a buffet alla reception (spazzolini,cotone,lamette ecc). A 2 passi dagli l Universal Studios.

Cons:

Le poltrone della stanza era molto sporche da non potersi sedere polvere e macchie, letti molto scomodi con la rete metallica a contatto diretto con la schiena. Abbiamo avuto tutti mal di schiena per giorni. Cuscino piccolo con dentro solo il polistirolo quindi molto scomodo.
Poi La struttura è vicinissima agli Universal Studios, ma non c’è nient altro nei dintorni!! Non c’è nemmeno un ristorante dove poter cenare

Pros:

思ってたより広かったのとトレイとお風呂が別なところがよかった！ドライヤーもSALONIAで使いやすかった

Cons:

冷蔵庫と冷凍庫がうまく動かなくてアイスがドロドロになった

Great hotel close to USJ
Pros:

Walking distance from Universal Studios Japan! Enough space.

Cons:

We did not get water bottles and it was not easy to find where to get water. We had to buy from the expending machine.
