VH Broadway Tirana Hotel

Weird hotel. No other meals than breakfast, but got reimbursed 4eur for the missing dinner. No pool and a scary elevator. The door lock looked like it was hastily repaired after a break-in. The bedding only contained sheets, but duvet in the closet. The bathroom was poorly cleaned

This hotel is a scam. The photos show amenities like a pool and spa that don’t exist at the actual location—I was shocked to find they were for a different hotel they own. When I arrived, I was told my reservation was worthless due to overbooking and was sent to a distant hotel far from the city center. The alternative hotel was mediocre and inconvenient.

The room I was given there was atrocious. The air conditioning was broken, making the room unbearably hot, and it overlooked a prison yard. To top it off, the staff were rude and even refused to provide an iron for safety reasons. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I’ve traveled extensively. Avoid this place if you value your sanity and comfort. This is deceptive marketing and terrible service. And when I called Expedia the night I arrived, they weren't of much help. This will probably be the last time I use this site to book a hotel.

The hotel has become run-down since the photos were taken - the outdoor space with the deck is unused and starting to rot. They seem to be going to low price with low service and maintenance. The area around the hotel is good.

When I booked which Expedia doesn’t say for extra fee charges. The hotel asked me to pay 25€ fees for person don’t recommend this hotel 👎👎

The hotel is a very hard to locate environment, the lighting is poor and it is quite isolate, the room curtains does no cover the length of the windows so you have to keep the lights off so no one can seen inside the room from outside. The management of the hotel and the other hotels under the group are set up to rip you off, every one of amenities advertised from pool to spa etc are not available, if you don’t have your booking receipt you will be charged afresh at the reception or will be turned back, the room has a little fridge with a couple of drinks I will advice do not touch it, the price is ten times the actual amount, take pictures of everything in the room on arrival to save yourself from ridiculous charges at checkout. In my case I was told I took alcohol but luckily I and my partner don’t drink and I had a picture I took at check-in that was my evidence at checkout it was the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed on a holiday.
There is this one staff Elio he was very kind and helpful he is always on early shift, he made the stay at the hotel less hostile.

Devoir changer de chambre la deuxième nuit, car désorganisation dans les réservations…

Chambre indisponible pourtant nous avons réserver 24h avant.
Très longue attente à la réception pour le Check in.
Linge sale matelas dégoûtant avec de l'urine et du sang dessus.
Salle de bains pas très hygiénique avec de la moisissure et une odeur désagréable.

Pour finir il faut posé une caution et des taxes supplémentaires sont demandé avec un change défavorables de devise.

El peor hotel que he utilizado. 268 euros más 100 € de tasas por dos noches... Horrible. Expedia debe ayudarme en la reclamación que les haré llegar como empresa mediadora.

Property was great. I booked the family two bedroom suite and went to this location. They said their other location/hotel had the family suite. I specifically picked this hotel because of location so that was unfortunate to find out at check in. They gave us a complimentary taxi to other hotel which was great. Friendly/helpful staff

It Is a fraud, there are other 4 VH hotels and the pictures are not for this hotel bit from another one in Tirana. Do not book this hotel, it is awful, dirty, stay away

This is the worse hotel i have stayed in. Not as discribed try to rip you off on city tax. Never again.

This hole is run by scamsters. I åaid for 3 person suite. Got a 1 person miniroom. When I complained the next day they said that room was for one, the hotel is fully booked. After a while got my correct room, but no reimbursement for the first night in a wrong room.

The breakfast is poor.

There is no pool at the premises. The place is worn out and untidy.

Don't get me wrong. I love Tirana and Albania, but this place is a disgrace.

I write reviews for all hotels I stay at, good or bad, and I will always be honest.
I was meant to stay at this hotel on May 25, 2024.
However, after booking two rooms and arriving at the hotel on the day of arrival, issues occurred. The receptionist told us that they were trying to locate our rooms and had us waiting 45 minutes before being told that they don't have any rooms and were going to re-direct us 20 minutes away to another hotel. Well away from the area we wished to stay in.
What made it worse was that a couple came in while we were there and got assigned a hotel room without any issue.
So basically, we were lied to by the hotel. 
Anyhow, we refused that offer of relocation, being that we had been waiting over an hour now. The receptionist was back and forth with her boss. It's an absolute shambling hotel.
THE HOTEL STILL HAS NOT GIVEN MY REFUND BACK!!!
Will be trying to get my money back via hotel.com or my credit card company
