Hoe schoon de kamer was bij aankomst...
schönes Badezimmer, praktisch nah zum Parkhaus und mitten in der Stadt
bei Ankunft mit unserem mittelgroßen Hund wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass nur sehr kleine Hunde (Größe Chihuahua) erlaubt sind - da standen wir dann blöd da- hätte man ja auch vorher mal kundtun können.!
Wir durften dann großzügigerweise bleiben, aber die Mitarbeiterin war dermaßen unfreundlich, sowas habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt.
Auch ohne Hund würde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder wählen.

Het was de kamer die ik geboekt had
Er wordt heel slecht gepoetst. Bepaalde oppervlakken liggen millimeters dik stof en dergelijke op. Dikke kalkaanslag op douchekop en kraan waardoor douche echt alle kanten op sproeit.
Bei den Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage goldwert.
Das Bett ist super bequem und die Dusche war riesig dort hatte man genug Platz.

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. De airconditioning werkte niet terwijl het buiten 35 graden was. Meerdere keren werd beloofd dat het probleem dezelfde avond opgelost zou worden, maar dat gebeurde niet. Hierdoor hebben wij als bruidspaar meerdere verschrikkelijke nachten gehad. Mijn man heeft zware astma en kreeg door de hitte en benauwde kamer ademhalingsproblemen. Daarnaast was de doucheslang kapot. Toen wij naar een manager vroegen, kregen wij te horen dat deze ontslag had genomen. Bij het uitchecken werd compensatie toegezegd, maar daarna hebben wij niets meer gehoord. Slechte service, slechte communicatie en geen oplossing voor ernstige problemen.
