Fijne suite, maar niet helemaal zorgeloos
Pros:

De suite was ruim, sfeervol ingericht en schoon. De jacuzzi op de kamer was een fijne toevoeging en zorgde voor een ontspannen verblijf. Ook de locatie is ideaal om Zaandam en Amsterdam te verkennen

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf bleek er een fout te zijn gemaakt met de kamerkaart, waardoor een andere groep hotelgasten onze kamer kon betreden. Dit zorgde voor een onveilig en ongemakkelijk gevoel. Gelukkig waren wij op dat moment aangekleed, maar dit is een fout die niet zou mogen voorkomen.

En er was in het weekend veel geluidsoverlast van feestende gasten buiten de kamer. Het hotel had wel oordopjes beschikbaar gesteld, wat ik waardeerde, maar als je vooral komt voor rust en ontspanning zou ik aanraden om doordeweeks te boeken in plaats van in het weekend.

De ruime suite met ruime ronde bad

Cons:

Ik kon de temperatuur van de douche of bad niet bij stellen het wilde echt niet werken. En de locatie vinden was een drama heb 3 kwartier door de centrum gelopen om er achter te komen dat het eigenlijk een hele andere naam heeft

Great location. Great rooms. Just needs some attention to detail in the room

Great looking rooms with lots of space

Cons:

Wallpaper was coming of in one of the corners. Bathroom door was very heavily worn and scratched. The bathtub in the room had a broken drain plug meaning we had to hold the drain plug so it didn’t drain.
Some areas could’ve been cleaned a bit better. The fridge in the room was marginally colder than the room
