Nice hotel, incompetent front desk lady. Hard to check-in and sort out transport

Cons:

Super friendly, but has some pretty incompetent staff. One helped a lot, but the first lady gave us wrong information a few times.

They also didn't let us check into our room until 2pm even though it was ready prior. They had our bags up there.

There was a damp wall next to the air conditioning unit. It made us ill. It’s likely a mold issue.

Hot water from the shower was hard to manage.

Un hotel precioso y tranquilo en una ciudad bonita
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel , es precioso y tiene unas instalaciones modernas y excelentes. Muy limpio y súper recomendable.
Cada día nos renovaban los suministros de agua y de aseo (jabones, palillos para las orejas, champú, acondicionador e incluso cepillos de dientes.

Mais en réalité, désillusion ! la chambre est sombre, pas de lumière du jour, ça sent mauvais, on a demandé 3 fois pour l'eau chaude mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel fait le ménage dans les chambres à côté en faisant un boucan Infernal, ça chante, ça crie...
