När vi var på planet till Istanbul fick vi meddelande att hotellet var stängd och vi var ombokade
Cons:

Bättre framförhållning vad gäller att hotellet hade stängt ner och att det kunde varit personal på plats som visade oss till hotellet där vi hade blivit placerade . Kunde fått en chans att välja hotell

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, das Bett war stark abgenutzt und seitlich fast ausgerissen. Außerdem war die Abwasch verstopft, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Fabulous Turkish style BUFFET BREAKFAST!

Amazing & helpful staff! Especially HILAL & ERSIN!

We were leaving at 3am so would miss breakfast, so they prepared and offered us fruit juice boxes and sandwiches to take with us. So thoughtful!

Great a/c & good sized bathroom & comfy beds. It does need a little renovation - but that wasn’t important to us! Super pleased and looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Pros:

We stayed for 2 weeks and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and the front desk staff came and helped with luggage, explained everything about room, WiFi and breakfast and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The lovely cleaning lady would knock every day to see if anything needed changing. The location was excellent 5 minute walk and you were at the ferry port, metro and bus station. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service
