Pros:

BAD Parking. The Hotel shares its parking with many small businesses.
End result there is almost no parking available when you check in to this hote..I will choose another hotel based on this lack of parking

The staff were fantastic, but the noise level was too much. Forget about sleeping in, loud talking everywhere starts at 6 AM. one night I had to call the front desk to complain about loud talking and laughing at 11 PM just outside my bedroom window. I was also charged when I requested an extra sheet, because the comforter was too hot. I've never been charged at other hotels for extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I love yhe Watergate Hotel from friendly & accommodating staff to clean room and aircon filter was clean because i did not have sinus allergies. Overall it's a great place to stay myself or with family. I will definitely come back again when im in the Philippines 🇵🇭

This place is okay. A bit noisy since our room was around the swimming pool. It needs more boarding the night we were there had a party and they were noisy until I fell asleep. I also requested an additional sheet to use as blankets. But they said it’s an additional charge. We booked 2 rooms. One with 2 twins and the other with Queen bed they called matrimonial. The bed were set with fitted sheet, 2 pillows and a comforter. I ask for a flat sheet since even with AC the temperature inside the room is a humid and a bit warm. Comfort is the main reason I rated this 3 stars.

Nice visit in Butuan
Pros:

Probably the nicest place in Butuan.
Highly recommend staying here if you visit Butuan. Closest to American comfort you will find.
They took very good care of us!
