Pros:

The location is one of the best locations at that area, the view from the terrace of the hotel is amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. I can 100% recommend you to stay. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Really nice hotel, you can feel real Cappadocia vibe there.

A pleasant stay with beautiful views and a great location, though the service and comfort could be improved.

The hotel is well located with beautiful views. The décor and cleanliness are good, and the terrace is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Cons:

The staff was not particularly friendly. Although the rooftop restaurant offers lovely views, it is not very comfortable. Tour options can be found at better prices by comparing offers online.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Watching the hot air balloons from the roof terrace at sunrise is a lovely experience.
Our cave room was a very unique experience.
The breakfast was great with many options.

친절하고 식사도 맛있고 좋았어요! 괴레메 시내에서 가까운 위치라 위치도 좋고. 호텔 3층에서 보이는 뷰도 정말 멋집니다. 새벽에 호텔에 올라가서 보는 기구도 정말 잘보여요.
동굴 안에서는 전파가 약한데, 와이파이가 정말 강해서 좋았어요 한국같은 속도에요 ㅎㅎ
