Pros:

Great location to watch the hot air balloons. Beautiful hotel esp at night. Breakfast was really good. Kitchen staff worked very hard, constantly topping up the breakfast.

La posizione è ottima, l'hotel è in posizione centrale e vicina a tutti i ristoranti e negozi di souvenir.
L'hotel è tenuto bene e nonostante sia scavato nella roccia non ci sono tracce di umidità (solo nel bagno ci sono alcuni segni, ma nulla di grave).
Dalla terrazza c'è una vista splendida, nonostante durante la nostra visita non ci fosse bel tempo.

Cons:

La colazione è ampiamente migliorabile, c'è abbastanza scelta tra colazione dolce e salata (con una predilezione per il salato).
Sui tavoli ci sono cereali, muesli, frutta secca e disidratata ma non c'è lo yogurt, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo ogni mattina con i conseguenti tempi di attesa, non c'è nemmeno latte di nessun genere, solo latte in polvere.
L'ultimo giorno dovevamo partire dall'hotel prima dell'apertura della sala colazione e avevamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere qualcosa da portare via (avevamo specificato che sarebbero andate bene anche delle cose avanzate dalla colazione del giorno prima, un pezzo di torta o un biscotto). La nostra richiesta è stata accontentata in parte, ci hanno fornito dei panini imbottiti con cose assolutamente random, non specificate e purtroppo non di nostro gusto.

Lieu magique allez y pour la vue et les activités à faire autour
Pros:

Le lieu est très beau et la vue depuis les terrasses de l'hôtel sont magnifiques. La prestation petit déjeuner est très bonne. J'ai trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Les matelas et surtout les oreillers ne sont pas du tout confortable. Les horaires du petit déjeuner sont tardifs (début à 8h) alors que les activités sont très matinales dans le coin. Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter pour notre dernier jours car notre navette retour était à 7h40 et nous ne l'avons pas eu. De plus le choix de prestataire navette pour ce trajet retour fut catastrophique, nous avons failli rater notre avion !

We had an excellent stay in Goreme, and our host was friendly and generous with information on things to do.
