Cons:

Todo bastante viejo o muy viejo. Habría que mejorar la limpieza y reponer cosas básicas... en estas condiciones aunque esté en una localización excelente la relación calidad precio es bastante negativa.

Cons:

Nada me parece una estafa, reservo siempre en dos hoteles que hay en la calle Goya, pensando que era uno de ellos. Estos apartamentos no están en Goya 75, sino en general Pardiñas, lo cual lleva a error, y son viejos. El primero no estaba y tuve que esperar un buen rato.El colchón horrible y la calefacción también.

Pros:

Boa localização relativamente ao centro da cidade, boas acessibilidades, apoio de copa no interior do apartamento, aquecimento central.

Cons:

Além da má limpeza do apartamento que se manifestava no pavimento, na roupa de cama, nos aparelhos eléctricos e da instalação sanitária, é notória a degradação dos materiais, nomeadamente do mobiliário (roupeiro, módulo de cozinha e casa de banho), das paredes, da iluminação e dos estores das janelas. A maior degradação revela-se logo na porta de acesso ao apartamento, que por estar descaída, não garante nem a segurança nem a insonorização sobre quem passa pelo corredor.

Stayed there many times, always good value.
Pros:

I have stayed here before. It's a bit run down but the room are large, reasonably comfortable, and certainly well located. And the price, for Madrid, is very good.

Cons:

I wish there was maid service on weekends. But I deliberately opt for value over fancy.
