Lo único que le salva es la ubicación.

La estructura del apartamento es ideal. La cocina es pequeña pero completísima y puede esconderse tras unas puertas correderas si no la vas a usar.

Cons:

la falta de inversión en los apartamentos , estuve en dos y el segundo era más antiguo aún , especialmente baño , se nota uso de 30 años , pero aceptable atendido el lugar y precio en relación al sector porque barato no es.

muy bien ubicado, que compensa debilidades y justifica el precio que no es bajo con otros sectores de Madrid , pero lo es para el sector.

Cons:

apartamentos antiguos, con poca inversión podrían mejorar baños, poner un secador de pelo por ejemplo y mejorar artículos de cortesía, incluyendo el lavaloza que no siempre hubo.

la ubicación es excepcional

Cons:

son apartamentos antiguos, pero igualmente podrían mejorar algunos aspectos para una mejor estadía. Los artefactos son muy antiguos -y usados- (del baño por ejemplo). No hay secador de pelo, pero tratan de apoyar con alguno que tienen en recepción. Los recepcionistas amables, más bien el tema es de mantención o renovación de los apartamentos. podrían mejorarlo un poco y sería ideal. el precio es más bien por la ubicación, a 20 metros de ala calle Goya, eso compensa. Estuvimos en 3 oportunidades y nos tocó dos apartamentos distintos, y en ambos la situación era similar.
