Good for a short stay
Pros:

Nice staff.

Good location, close to many place to go for food (Jalan Ator - the main street food - is 3 min away walking) and/or shopping (many shops & malls around).

Cons:

Smelly room (from people smoking previously?).

Noisy A/C on top of the bed (turn on: get cold / turn off: too hot).

Noise from the street (it goes with the location).
Take in count that the street is quiet by day but full of activity by night so no way you can sleep early as you will hear music until 1am.

如果说好的部分，第一是这家酒店坐落在闹市，第二是前台是一位大叔和一位阿姨，人很友善。

Cons:

1.有蟑螂！！！！！！！非常恶心，真的难以忍受！！！！
2.被子枕头不干净，我一整晚都是穿着衣服睡觉的。
3.周边感觉像是红灯区，我都担心这家酒店的被子床上有病菌。
4.地板、墙都不太干净，马桶垫是掉了的。

Good location near Bukit Bintang with friendly staff, but room facilities and amenities could be improved.
Pros:

Hotel staff were polite and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The location is very convenient as it is close to Bukit Bintang, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, street food, and public transportation — everything is within walking distance.

Cons:

The air conditioner could have been colder. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The window could only be opened halfway. The TV channel selection was quite limited. Only one room card was provided. The safe box in the room was not working.
