location - big spacious room

parking … and charging my electric car; it was a fixed extra cost of chf25.- to access the paid charge (I only charged for 3.5 hours)

Personnel au top, literie, restauration et parfaits, mais chambres single pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles.

Personnel absolument parfait concernant l'accueil, le bar, le restaurant, les employées de chambres. Petit déjeuner parfait / Balcon vue montagne (Cependant table+chaise sur balcon pour une chambre mais pas pour la 2ème pourtant adjacente ...). Piscine salle fitness OK

Cons:

La prestation en chambres single n'est pas de niveau 4 étoiles au plan fonctionnalité: Exiguïté des 2 chambres en forme de couloir. Taille SDB / WC minimaliste / Impossibilité de regarder TV dans l'axe.
Différence de prestations avec les chambres doubles: Pas de kit peignoir/nu-pieds.
Impossibilité de laisser un appareil en charge quand on sort de la chambre: L'alimentation électrique des prises de courant est automatiquement coupée!
Impression désagréable que les chambres single ont été taillées "dans le volume restant" pour faire du rendement, avec le net ressenti d'être "en low cost" concernant la fonctionnalité de l'agencement . Si, lors de la réservation, nous avions deviné le niveau de cette prestation hébergement annoncée 4 étoiles, nous aurions opté pour 2 chambres avec lit double .
