Cons:

Pas de frigo dans les chambres alors que c’est un 4*
Pas d’omelettes fait minute au petit dej
Caution à l’entrée qui n’est pas remise à la sortie mais qlq jours après.

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel à l’hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un professionnalisme et une gentillesse remarquables. Le personnel est attentionné, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

La chambre était impeccable : spacieuse, élégamment décorée et d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie est d’un confort incroyable, garantissant des nuits reposantes. Chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des clients.

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement délicieux, varié et composé de produits frais et de qualité. Les installations (spa, piscine, espaces communs) sont modernes, parfaitement entretenues et invitent à la détente.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche des points d’intérêt tout en restant calme et agréable.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience mémorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Pros:

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel lumineux et accueillant. Le service était impeccable et particulièrement attentionné. Le sauna, la salle de fitness et la piscine sont un vrai plus qui rendent l’expérience encore plus plaisante. Pour un prochain séjour, nous privilégierons toutefois une chambre avec vue plutôt qu’une chambre située à l’arrière.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner très bien présenté, avec des produits de qualité et un service soigné. Cependant, le prix de 35 CHF nous a semblé un peu élevé par rapport à l’offre proposée. Une expérience agréable malgré tout.

Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Good location for ski access.

Cons:

Small and basic rooms, no in room amenities. Staff could use some hospitality training- not very attentive / proactive. Food quality was limited.
