Cons:

Les murs des chambres présentent des taches de café ou de sang. Chambre pas très insonorisée qui font que dès lors qu’il y a beaucoup de passages, on entend le bruit provenant de la circulation

Cons:

Un membre du personnel a eu un accueil froid, peu professionnel et peu à l’écoute. Lors de mon arrivée, j’ai expliqué qu’une erreur de manipulation avait entraîné deux réservations, l’une via Booking et l’autre via le site Accor. Malgré cela, la situation n’a pas été vérifiée avec attention, ce qui m’a conduit à payer deux fois. Le ton employé était désagréable et ma carte de fidélité Accor n’a même pas été prise en considération. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que j’avais déjà signalé ce problème par mail, sans aucune réponse.
