In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, nonalcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (6 in total). Any more alcoholic drinks will be subject to an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages in bars not included.

Perfect voor stelletjes die willen onthaasten
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, hele fijne kamer, super goed eten, de spa is heel fijn, we werden volledig ontzorgd.

Cons:

Helaas was het buitenzwembad gesloten ondanks mooi weer. Daarnaast is contact leggen met anderen lastig, de gasten zijn behoorlijk op zichzelf.

Ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen, aber der Service liess leider deutlich zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch das Essen im Hotel war qualitativ gut und geschmacklich überzeugend – sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren wirklich angenehm.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unorganisiert und konnte bei einfachen Fragen kaum weiterhelfen. Auf spezielle Wünsche wurde kaum eingegangen, und selbst mehrfach kommunizierte Anliegen (z. B. in Bezug auf Allergien) wurden ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.

Pros:

Everything was great at Iberostar. The food was excellent quality, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

All inclusive isn't really all inclusive as you only get 6 free drinks per night (which is enough but doesn't mean all inclusive).
We thought it was a little too expensive for off season which is the reason for 9.

Leider Zwei-Klassen-Gesellschaft durch das Star Prestige, das exklusiven Zugang zur Dachterrasse bietet.

Alles super, extrem nettes Personal

Cons:

WC hat so eine Glastür und das Waschbecken ist im Hauptraum, was ich nicht so toll fand. Ein kleines Waschbecken im WC wäre schön.
Das Licht ging per Bewegungsmelder und war nachts zu hell.

La suite junior es una pasada. La cama muy grande y cómoda.
Las instalaciones y el personal un 10.

Cons:

Los Donuts del desayuno estaban duros y secos.
La tele de pantalla plana de la habitación estaba capada y no se podía ver ni Netflix, ni emitir desde el móvil para ver algo que no fuera la TV.
La bañera de hidromasaje se encendió sola a mitad de la noche sin tener agua dentro de ella.

Pros:

Had a great time staff really friendly especially Rita who could not do enough for you. Food was excellent very varied. Two mins from beach. Rooms cleaned very well. Each day. Highly recommend
