Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma- Adults Only

First of all i want to congratulate the staff , really unbelievable, the guys at reception so nice and helpful 5**** they go above and beyond Michael and adrea just the best .. but the entire staff from the cleaners to pool bar staff restaurant staff just big thank you , ye all are wonderful people ..

Very clean and modern hotel. The lady (Vanessa) who cleaned our room every day did a fantastic job. Friendly and accommodating staff. The food was ok but too much fish in my opinion. Ok if you like fish but I don’t. Pool was on the small side for the size of the hotel . The usual annoying sun bed reservers despite signs saying not to but these weren’t enforced. We stayed at a 5 star iberostar in Tenerife last year and they had a booking system on an app. Much better and people like me with limited mobility had the same spot all week thanks to the lady that organised the booking system. The biggest let down was the air con. Worked in the actual room but the rest of the hotel was roasting including the restaurant. Very ineffective. Because of this we went back to our room most nights. We have stayed in 2 iberostar hotels before which were great but this one definitely didn’t feel like 5star. Disappointing.

Hotel solo per adulti ottimo per le coppie e per relax e tranquillità. Posizione dell’hotel molto buona sia in generale nell’isola sia nella città sia per quanto riguarda le distanze da punti di riferimento o aereoporto. Globalmente struttura molto buona, servizi e staff a nostro parere praticamente eccellente, servizio concierge eccellente (grazie Jhoel e colleghi) Camera star prestige al 6° piano, pulizia ottima (grazie a Vanesa R. ottima collaboratrice del servizio ai piani) con amenities esclusive e accesso a lounge vicino alla lobby e solarium con piscina di 30cm con lettini immersi e vista sul mare molto carino (inclusi snack e bibite non alcoliche). Piscina esterna al piano della lobby sufficientemente grande ma non grandissima. Moltissimi lettini prendisole e alcuni lettini balinesi con telone per il sole. Servizio bar e asciugamani incluso molto comodo. Pasti molto buoni sia colazione che gli altri buffet sia di dolce che di salato, estremamente ricco e variegato piuttosto cucina spagnola ed europea.

We had a great 4 night stay!

The welcome was lovely and they really looked after us. They took us through our check in which was relaxed, we had a drink and chilled. They took us to our room and explained how everything worked.
The room was lovely with no issues. Very quiet hotel but with lots happening.
The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the staff were always looking after us.
The location is ok, close to the beach. Nice during the day but a bit loud for us at night. We took a taxi into Palma city for the day. Nice sights and good shopping.
Entertainment in the hotel was great and wasn’t on too late.
Filtered water on every floor so you can keep hydrated in the heat.
We will hopefully come back soon!

Service is amazing. Stunning small hotel. All inclusive is not worth it. 3 drinks at lunch and dinner, choice of wine, beer, sangria. Half board is better value. Food was beautiful and the staff are amazing. Short walk to the beach. Beach front very young vibe, with loads of motor boat activity - not the beautiful clean vibe that goes with hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute.
We went for star prestige and we weren’t disappointed.
The hotel is immaculate, the staff really happy to make your stay a great experience.
The food was excellent with a varied choice.
Half board option definitely worth it.
Our room was lovely with clean towels every day and finishing touches brought by Alexandria.
Evening entertainment was good also.
We were here World Cup night and celebrated with the Spanish in a great atmosphere.
Star prestige was excellent. The service we received from Jennifer was fantastic.
She brought cocktails, snacks, ice cream, coffees and iced water frequently. Nothing was too much for her.
We will definitely be back ! Hotel worth it’s 5*

Star Prestige lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.
Sehr tolle Anlage.
Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit großer Dusche.
Außerordentlich freundliches Personal.
