Great food option good size room

Cons:

Need to pay for juice or water with dinner. Gym would be newer or more options. Was more like a good 4 star hotel

Pros:

房间干净 整洁 宽敞 床垫很舒适。早餐新鲜美味 还有很正宗的英式奶茶。地理位置优越 停车方便。离机场很近又不吵。

Cons:

唯一的缺点就是淋浴房漏水。作为一家五星级酒店，每次洗完澡厕所一地水真的很影响心情，需要好好改善一下。

Would definitely go back
Pros:

We were in Star Prestige and everything that‘s included is great. The hotel is very nice, not too big, excellent location and very clean.
The food was high quality too

Cons:

One waitress was rude and the glasses and plates in the restaurant were often dirty. I also told them.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, hele fijne kamer, super goed eten, de spa is heel fijn, we werden volledig ontzorgd.

Cons:

Helaas was het buitenzwembad gesloten ondanks mooi weer. Daarnaast is contact leggen met anderen lastig, de gasten zijn behoorlijk op zichzelf.

Ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen, aber der Service liess leider deutlich zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch das Essen im Hotel war qualitativ gut und geschmacklich überzeugend – sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren wirklich angenehm.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unorganisiert und konnte bei einfachen Fragen kaum weiterhelfen. Auf spezielle Wünsche wurde kaum eingegangen, und selbst mehrfach kommunizierte Anliegen (z. B. in Bezug auf Allergien) wurden ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.

Pros:

Everything was great at Iberostar. The food was excellent quality, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.

Cons:

All inclusive isn't really all inclusive as you only get 6 free drinks per night (which is enough but doesn't mean all inclusive).
We thought it was a little too expensive for off season which is the reason for 9.
