In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, nonalcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (6 in total). Any more alcoholic drinks will be subject to an additional charge. Alcoholic beverages in bars not included.

Zimmerüberraschungen
Der Kühlschrank voll mit Getränken. Leider hatte es kein Wasser im Kühlschrank.
Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch das Essen im Hotel war qualitativ gut und geschmacklich überzeugend – sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren wirklich angenehm.
Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unorganisiert und konnte bei einfachen Fragen kaum weiterhelfen. Auf spezielle Wünsche wurde kaum eingegangen, und selbst mehrfach kommunizierte Anliegen (z. B. in Bezug auf Allergien) wurden ignoriert. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde.
Everything was great at Iberostar. The food was excellent quality, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.
All inclusive isn't really all inclusive as you only get 6 free drinks per night (which is enough but doesn't mean all inclusive).
We thought it was a little too expensive for off season which is the reason for 9.

Wir sind bereits einmal in diesem Hotel gewesen, haben es darum gekannt und darum haben wir wieder in diesem Hotel gebucht.

Alles super, extrem nettes Personal
WC hat so eine Glastür und das Waschbecken ist im Hauptraum, was ich nicht so toll fand. Ein kleines Waschbecken im WC wäre schön.
Das Licht ging per Bewegungsmelder und war nachts zu hell.
La suite junior es una pasada. La cama muy grande y cómoda.
Las instalaciones y el personal un 10.
Los Donuts del desayuno estaban duros y secos.
La tele de pantalla plana de la habitación estaba capada y no se podía ver ni Netflix, ni emitir desde el móvil para ver algo que no fuera la TV.
La bañera de hidromasaje se encendió sola a mitad de la noche sin tener agua dentro de ella.
Tout c'est un hotel magnifique avec tout ce qu'il faut et un personnel adorable.
Had a great time staff really friendly especially Rita who could not do enough for you. Food was excellent very varied. Two mins from beach. Rooms cleaned very well. Each day. Highly recommend

Jennifer always looks immaculate and represents Iberostar’s high standards beautifully. She takes great pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Her cocktails are absolutely delicious — crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Everything she makes is served with a smile and a touch of personality that makes it extra special.
We’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Jennifer working in the Star Prestige area, where she brings the same level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and charm. It’s wonderful to see how versatile she is — always providing five-star service no matter where she’s working.
Jennifer truly embodies the spirit of Iberostar — friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. She made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable, and we believe she fully deserves to be recognized for her hard work and outstanding service.
The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection, including local dishes. Our only regret was that we only saw the entertainment (the wonderful Yulia) on our last day at the hotel. Yulia filled our day with sports activities, cocktail making, and even painting.
