boven verwachting!
Pros:

heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel met tips en adviezen, fijn dat de receptie 24 uur per dag bemand is, kamer was ruim, leuk uitzicht, goed bed en fijne kussens, elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, stille kamer, koelkastje op de kamer, airco, schoon, de binnentuin is heel fijn om middags even uit te rusten in rustige en mooie omgeving, fijne escape van de drukke stad

Cons:

Vanwege een festiviteit na ons verblijf was er veel bedrijvigheid op het circus Maximus. Hier hebben we minimaal last van gehad maar gaf soms wat onrust, met name door afsluiting van de straat en drukte.

Prima hotel, maar let op de evenementen in de buurt.
Pros:

Perfecte ligging voor alle bezienswaardigheden zoals het Colosseum. Kamers prima, personeel erg vriendelijk en spreken goed engels.

Cons:

Jammer dat je er geen drankje kunt krijgen, schitterende binnenplaats. In juni en juli zijn er op het veld van Circus Maximum altijd concerten, dus veel geluid en mensen plus afsluitingen van de wegen. Ook jammer dat bijv het water in de mini bar niet wordt bijgevuld. Muren zijn tevens erg dun, je hoort je buren praten.

The only way to describe my stay is that I will certainly be returning.
Pros:

The location of the property is perfect to see landmarks such as the colosseum, a lovely row of restaurants next door. Whilst only being a short 10 minute walk into the vibrant evenings!

Cons:

Noise (music and voices) in dB extreme on the last night wrecked part of our stay. NO OPEN DISCLOSURE that amenity and courtyard in close proximity was to host a party on a Tuesday night of which the noise breached Rome regulations (see website). Continued up to 23:30 with ongoing noisy clean up of an open air bar ~6meters from our room window (no100). We complained in person at 20:30. Facility attempted to make good by paying our taxi fees to the airport. In effect this comes down to THEFT OF COMFORT and a lack of respect towards clients.

Bellissima!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful location even though just a short walk away from a lot of the major tourist sites. The employees were amazing, especially Tatiana and our housekeeper (I did not grab the name of). It was very clean and very beautiful. We hope to return soon!
