Loved everything about it.
Pros:

Il fine tessuto della città storica
Pros:

La struttura originale della casa, un edificio tipico del centro di Locorotondo, è stata conservata con estrema cura e amore; tutto ciò che è stato aggiunto come arredamento e servizi, per rendere l'alloggio confortevole e moderno, armonizza con l'assetto storico e anzi esalta materiali e forme della tradizione. Ne deriva un'atmosfera di immersione nel luogo di cui si è ospiti, e allo stesso tempo ci si sente accarezzati da un'ospitalità squisita, in uno spazio reso veramente confortevole.
Bella anche la soluzione della colazione in un'altro edificio poco distante, con la stessa cura e simpatia.

Pros:

Апартаментът е с чудесна локация - намира се в историческия център на стария град, като има осигурен и паркинг. Оборудван е с всичко необходимо. Стаята е с интересно обзавеждане в ретро стил, което придава интересна атмосфера, а гледката от терасата към долината е прекрасна! Помещението е климатизирано, а също така има и парно, което е много добро решение за зимния сезон, тъй като сградата е каменна и височината на помещенията е доста над стандартната. Леглото е кръгло, но много удобно, банята е чиста и просторна и разполага с всичко необходимо. Кухнята е оборудвана с хладилник, котлон и кафемашина. Като комплимент има капсули за кафе, чай и вода. Закуската е чудесна и разнообразна, на шведска маса, в кафетерия с много автентина атмосфера, в близост до апартамента. Домакинът беше учтив, показа ни мястото на закуска и ни съпроводи до апартамента, а така също ни позволи да оставим багажа в офиса на следващия ден.

La finestra (una delle tante) che si affaccia sui vicoli illuminati a festa

Pros:

Piękny, klimatyczny apartament, czysty, z wygodnymi łóżkami. W grudniu było w nim ciepło.
Nie odnoszę się do wyposażenia kuchni, ponieważ poza zrobieniem kawy, nie korzystaliśmy z niej.
Śniadanie serwowane w kawiarni obok. Poza klasycznymi słodkimi ciastami i ciastkami był też ser, wędlina, jajka i pomidorki.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Chętnie tam wrócę.

assolutamente deludente!

Non è stato segnalato l'accesso all'appartamento nonostante sia molto difficoltoso, con due rampe di scale strette e ripide ad un angolo e passaggio sotto una volta molto bassa. Non tutti riuscirebbero a salire anche con un bagaglio!
All'atto della prenotazione su Booking non ci sono immagini della stanza.
L'infisso di uno dei due balconi era rotto, non si chiudeva, entrava vento e freddo ed il gestore, pur sapendolo, non aveva provveduto a farlo sistemare. Anzi ha anche polemizzato rispondendo che nel periodo festivo è complicato trovare operai.
Le lenzuola danno l'idea di essere vecchie e consumate. I mobili, sono tarlati e puzzano di umido.
Il gestore invece di scusarsi per i disagi declinava qualsiasi responsabilità ritenendo che fosse nostra negligenza non aver verificato sul sito dell'Hotel la tipologia di stanza. Comunque, anche facendolo non abbiamo trovato la descrizione dell'accesso ma esclusivamente "appartamento su 2 livelli" e le immagini non sono tutte corrispondenti.
Prezzo assolutamente ingiustificato ed esorbitante per i servizi offerti.
L'appartamento necessita di urgente manutenzione!
