Swimming pool just have but not useable because water is dirty because surrounding land very dirty where is pool and one staff member speak and understand English ,room is clean but old no paint anywhere.

Excellent B2 Hotel in Pattaya
Pros:

Excellent Management, Reception Staff and all other staff. Very helpful in resolving any issues.

Excellent location for me and easy to find on Pattaya Tai Road accross from the Shell Gas Station.

I would recommend and also will return to this property in the future trips to Pattaya.

チェックイン時パスポートをぞんざいに扱ったり、対応を面倒臭がったりと、レセプションのスタッフの教育が出来てない様に見えました。

シャワールームは排水口がすぐ詰まり、溢れた水が翌朝まで溜まっていました。それが常態化している為か、床にはヌメリがあり不潔でした。シャワー時はサンダル必須です。

ベッドシーツはきれいで問題ありませんでした。備品は乏しく、スタッフも英語が話せないので、外国人の家族旅行で選ぶホテルではありません。

シャワーブースが狭く、排水口が傾斜した床面の高い位置にあり、しかも排水口が小さいのでとても排水が悪く足元に水が溜まってしまう。

โลเคชั่นดีค่ะ ขับรถไปไหนมาสะดวก อยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่ห้องแคบกว่าที่คิด ความสะอาดปานกลาง เหมาะสมกับราคา แต่คิดว่าเพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อยนอนโรงแรมใกล้เคียงระแวกนั้นคุ้มกว่าค่ะ

Jeg har bodd på dette hotellet mange ganger tidligere, men før var det så som så mer reseptionen. Nå var det betraktelig færre ansatte nede i reseptionen noe som førte til at servicen har blitt betraktelig bedre. Ja dere hørte riktig servicen og orden i reseptionen har blitt betraktelig bedre. Dette var en stor og positiv overraskelse for meg og se. Jeg kan på det sterkeste annbefale dette flott hotellet som har en flott beliggenhet. 4 minutter fra utendørs Treningssenter. Kunn 20 minutter og gå til Big-C og andreveien til Walking Street. 10 minutter til Tukcom sentret hvor det er Macdonalds, Starbuck og et kjøpesenter med mye dupeditter mobiler. reprasjon av PC og annen elektronikk. Over gata til sentret finner mann flere flott tenlegesentre. 10 minutter og kjøre med MC opp til Jomtien og ned til Pattaya sentrum. Hotelet har rene og store flott rom med telefon, flatskjerm safe osv.....;-)
