Would highly recommend staying here for anyone travelling to Da Nang.
Pros:

This hotel was absoluetly amazing! The staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing every single morning. The pool upstairs was so much more than expected.

Die Lage und das Personal war super.

Cons:

Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, weil Sie da was umbauen. Es hat auch keine Preisreduktion gegeben.

Pros:

Nice view from the balconies.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were generally friendly and also helped get our baby stroller up/down the stairs
Ok place to stay if you are not a hotel dweller.

The hotel is much more run down than what the pictures show when booking.

Dirty floors and walls when we arrived.
Something that looked like household pests
Swimming pool area abandoned and only with 3 broken warn down sun chairs.
Rooftop very unsafe - broken floor and some places children could pass the rails and worst case fall over the building. - we chose the hotel for its lovely swimming pool, but never dared to stay there due to the risks to our child.
Also a big building on the right is stealing a lot of the view and sun, so not really a sun deck after morning.
Fitness room was a joke. A few old warn down machines, and 1 pair of broken dumbbells
No ramp for children's stroller or handicapped - just steps. (Although staff were often happy to help carry)
Basically all facilities were disappointing.
Balcony safety; the air gap in the bottom of the balcony railing was big enough for our child to crawl though. We had to request they install some creative solution in the air gap to prevent an acciden from occurring.

Pros:

Not a pro, not a con, but it’s worth noting that this hotel is heavily targeted for Chinese speakers and most other guests are very loud, rowdy, spitting on the floor etc.

The breakfast had a good variety of items, albeit not high quality.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t look like photos at all. The in-room air conditioning smells moldy and there’s visible mold in the bathroom. There’s non-existent noise insulation in the hotel. Pool sunbeds were broken.

The target audience of the hotel makes it a very unpleasant experience. We have been very happy with all our hotels in Vietnam, but this place is just horrible. Overall, it’s extremely bad value, book elsewhere.

Except for the staff the hotel in general was a big disappointment. An Nhien deserves a promotion due to her excellent

Location across from the beach was nice. An Nhien at reception desk was absolutely wonderful to deal with in regard to obtaining further travel arrangements.

Cons:

Most everything. We booked “balcony ocean view” room #602 which was so narrow chair/table could not be allowed. We changed rooms and got a better balcony large enough to sit and enjoy the ocean-view. In both the rooms we found many inadequacies. Non-functioning phones in both rooms, no cable tv-stations only in Vietnamese, shower curtains/hand rails absent causing flooding and unsafe condition in the bathroom, plumbing leaking, no room safe, no coffee cups, only outlet for coffee maker was at the bedside, non-functioning lights in room 501, dilapidated pool area with broken tiles near the water edge. In general the hotel was too old to maintain.
