Excellent quality hotel with a good price/value.
Pros:

Really helpful staff, I like the very efficient room design that I enjoy. Comfortable bed.

Usually a great dog friendly hotel for a stopover on a long trip but noisy on a Saturday night.
Pros:

Dog friendly close to interstate. Our decision to stay at hotels is based on the accommodations of our dogs. So great job in that category.

Cons:

Room was close to loud elevator. Room faced highway which on a Saturday night I guess turns into racing zone. Air conditioner was loud. My husband wears hearing aids and he could hear all the cars/motorcycles all night too. We stayed on the other side a few months ago and it was much better. Also wish they had a little breakfast.

Great stay, awesome staff, comfortable rooms!
Pros:

The property is clean, spacious, and conveniently located to anything you could want. It is very peaceful and feels safe. It is relatively quiet and has adequate areas for walking your dogs.

Aloft will be my home address whenever I travel to Louisville.
Pros:

It was clean. The room was nice and comfortable, just the right size.

Great staff very friendly pool is very nice!

Pros:

Very kind helpful staff. We were incorrectly charged twice, and when we brought it to the staff's attention it was resolved immediately .

The hotel is significantly overrated for its price and rating.

The biggest issue was the air conditioner. It could not be turned off and was blowing directly onto the bed all night. I literally had to cover it with towels and a bag just to reduce the airflow, but even that did not help much, and I ended up getting sick because of it.

The breakfast is also overpriced and absolutely does not match the quality level offered. The food selection and taste were very mediocre considering the extra cost.

Overall, the experience did not justify the expectations or the price. I would not stay here again.
