They don’t know how to clean when I entered the room the bed line was so dirty me the bathroom all wet also is was a razor as someone use just before we enter. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. There are others with better conditions at the same price. It’s a DON’T

The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes.

The aircon not so cool but I love the environment and the staff is easy going to help...

Budget hotel..but the service delivery excellent. ... comfortable and cleanliness

The hotel location is good but itsnot buinness hotel. Bed is bad not easy to sleep

Free parking area. Room with window view quite small but room with no view more spacious.

Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants.

The price is right. I would love to book this place since i get the riverview (and the balcony!) compared to other places. But they need to step up on the cleanliness. I found a cheese snack on the side of the bed and the comforter got pen stain. I even found some hair from the previous tenant on the bed. The room is spacious this time and i think i will book the same room next time.

Space is suffice for me (solo), love the view (especially the balcony!).

Altho need to improve on the sheet cover and pillow cover (got tear).

The tv is only 2 channels but i don’t really mind since i’m hooked on laptop.

Overall is satisfactory. And i’m grateful the hotel is still open for people like me who is from out of town. I come here to get my first dose vaccine and most probably book the same hotel for my second dose around 8-12 weeks to come.

The room is dirty, got a lot of dust on the beds. The hotel also did not provide room cleaning service as we requested. Towel also cannot change after using about 3 days? Very disappointed with the hotel services

Easy to park the car

it was very dirty
roach all over the building
no proper pest control.
the room is uncomfortable.
we had no choice but to check out on that day and find alternative accommodation
