Very comfortable.
Pros:

The personnel is skilled and very friendly. You get all informations you need with the check in, and you are being helped with the process.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast, which is in ne neighbouring building, is good. A big + is the free of charge Airport shuttle service and the free drinks.

Review:
The check-in process at this property is completely redundant. I had already registered my mobile number and home address through Booking.com, yet I was forced to repeat the entire process manually on a dated check-in machine. It wasted 5 minutes of my time re-entering information the hotel should have already possessed.
Worse than the check-in was the room climate. The room was extremely HOT because the building's central heating system was locked at 28°C, even though the outside temperature dropped to 11°C at night. Because the window was locked shut, we could not get any fresh air into the room. We were forced to turn on the in-room air conditioning unit just to cope with the 28°C heat. Running the central heater and the AC at the same time is a massive waste of electricity, and the combination caused the air to become so dry that my skin became extremely dried out and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here during the cooler months unless they change their centralized HVAC policy and upgrade their front-desk systems.

Convenient, clean well priced hotel close to Tokyo's Haneda Airport
Pros:

Clean, small room ideal if arriving into Haneda airport late at night or leaving early in the morning.

Everything you need for a one night stay at a very affordable price for Tokyo.

Cons:

Nothing not to like about the hotel. However, rooms are small as they are at almost every hotel in Tokyo.

It's a good hotel just before traveling from HANEDA AIRPORT
Pros:

A quick check in and out, welcome drinks & bread and they provide free shattle bus to the Haneda airport to the guests every half an hour and the bus driver is very polite.

Overall a wonderful hotel!! The front desk staff is the only human contact one has with the hotel, a little warmth make
Pros:

The location is near the airport. You can catch the hotel shuttle from the airport. It takes just 10 min.
It is also near to Toyota car rental, 10 minutes walk.
The room & bathroom are all ok in size, very clean.
It can even accommodate a very function seating bench. Writing desk, mini fridge.

Cons:

I feel that the Japanese front desk staff are treating tourists not as warmly as before.
I stayed in October 2025 & the staff then were a lot friendlier.

Hotel très pratique pour l'arrivée/départ de Tokyo mais sur un court séjour car loin de la ville.
Pros:

Chambre confortable avec tout les équipements nécessaires même des pyjamas, la douche était très propre et pratique. L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport d'Haneda avec la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place dans l'autre aile, avec un buffet copieux et varié. l'hôtel propose des navettes gratuite pour l'aéroport pendant les matinées. On peut également s'y faire livrer ses bagages avec le système Takkyubin c'est pratique!

Cons:

Le check in se fait sur des bornes automatisée, et l'employée qui était là n'était pas très accueillante. Un peu compliqué après un long trajet. Manque une vraie réception dans cet immeuble-ci, c'est peut être dans l'autre aile du JAL City mais ce n'était pas clairement indiqué.
