Our short stay at the hotel was perfect as we were taking the plane in the early morning. Perfect for getting to airport and easy to get into the city for a last night in Japan:)
I don't really have anything to say.
We did not take the shuttle because there wasn't one for hours from the airport. We took an Uber ride which ended to be about $15 USD. It was close to the airport so we got there quickly. There was a lot of things around the hotel to walk to and see which was nice. We did not have the breakfast.
Shuttle did not work for us. When we inquired about it after landing we were told it would come around in 5 hours which was not good for us.
Convenient location to the airport, they held luggage until check-in, and had a shuttle service to airport. Friendly staff and very clean rooms!
It was the hardest bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. Pillows were flat.

And 3 min walk to the nearest station.
Free airport shuttle bus. But it’s difficult to find the place to get in the bus. I missed one bus and had to wait one hour for the next bus.
No drinking water in the room although there were drip coffee set.
Bit surprised there weren’t safety box.

Great hotel before/after a flight to Tokyo Haneda. Great size of the bed and of the room. Easy to get to 5 min walking from the train station.
