泊まって良かった
Pros:

スタッフの対応が心地良く、お部屋もきれいに整えられていて、清潔感を感じが良かったです。それに私は部屋の匂いに敏感な方で、ホテルに泊まる時はここが心配な点。でも不快な匂いがなく、部屋もゆったりとしていて、とても居心地が良かった。あとは羽田空港まで無料シャトルバスがあったのもうれしかったです。今回、利用しなかったですが、朝にパンとドリンクの無料サービスがあるのもステキだなと思いました。

部屋から見える景色。都会だから仕方ないことなんだと思いますが。

ダニかトコジラミに噛まれたこと以外は良かったです。
Pros:

出迎えがあり、そこで施設の説明をしていただきました。丁寧でとてもわかりやすかったです。
ラウンジの飲み物が無料で飲めること、朝には数量限定でパンが食べられること。とてもパンが美味しかったです。

Cons:

友人と二人で泊まったのですが、ベッドで寝ているとダニかトコジラミ（おそらくダニ。友人曰くトコジラミらしい）に噛まれてしまい、せっかくの旅行ががっかりする結果に。JALという信頼できるブランドでしたし、他のサービスが良かったからこそ、悲しかったです。

Pros:

Convenient for the airport

Cons:

Wouldn’t check in until 3.00pm (not even at 14.59!)
The receptionist (when we dropped off the bags at 8.30am) was rude and unfriendly. She was the one who wouldn’t let us check in at 14.59! Room tiny and not enough space to put more than one suitcase. Air conditioner not working. No bottled water!

Clean and safe easy to get to train station
