Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye

Although the location was somewhat lacking, I was very satisfied with the reception, room condition, housekeeping, and the attitude of the staff. I would like to extend special thanks to Miss Auguster and Mr. Min Khant, who always treated me with warm smiles and kindness.

Everything starting from the booking process with Helen to the actual stay was streamlined and great! The receptionists communicated fine and the housekeeping team: Zu Zu, Wai Hnin, Kyaw Zaw, Yan Zaw were also friendly.

A very nice housekeeping done by Ms Auguster and Ms Khant thaw thaw at every day. They did a great job while I was staying at this hotel. Nice and wonderful hospitality at every time.

While I was staying at Mercure Yangon about 4 days, I’ve really got satisfaction on their services especially house keeping service. I would tell my friends about their hospitality of the staff, Ms. August & Ms. Yi Min as they always make and keep the rooms clean, tidy and cozy space everyday. All the time we arrived back from outside just felt like that accommodation was our own home. Thank you for the best services and the outstanding staff in there. See you again.

A very comfortable room with tea and coffee-making facilities and small kitchen area. All the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful and varied, with international choices (Myanmar, Indian, Chinese) and friendly staff. Large swimming pool surrounded by plants and sun-shaded seating areas as well as a well-equipped gym. Good location opposite Inya Lake and near a good shopping mall.

I stayed here for a 4 day business trip and all the customer service was excellent from the bellmen to the cleaning ladies. I also had two great massages in their spa. Can’t beat their price point for the service provided.

It was a peaceful place filled with kind and friendly people.
The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well.
The breakfast was delicious, and the room was exceptionally clean.
It was the best hotel I experienced in Yangon.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Hotel Yangon. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm after a long day. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and daily arrangements smooth. Breakfast was well presented with good variety. A reliable choice for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

This is 5-6 times my stay in Yangon. One of the best hotel that i stay. From all the department are very friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to my housekeeping room on all level for your hardworking work. Thanks Naing and Aye Mya and everyone

Myanmar is a nice country,Mercure is a great hotel, great staffs with great hospitality...i have a great stay here too.Very peaceful stay,cleanliness is utmost here in Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye...great hotel.

The hotel is at a very good location with about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is very safe to lodge in this hotel. I have had splendid welcoming experience from the workers and it took me few minutes at the reception to be taken to my room. The rooms are big enough, standard washrooms, well kept, comfortable beds. Tv is working where you can catch up with local and international news channels, football experience particularly English Premier league and European Champions league. The internet is good and I could connect multiple devices. The housekeepers are amazing one of the outstanding housekeepers is Auguster responsible for 6 floor. She was so professional and showed positive attitude at all times. Good and variety of food at the restaurant with excellent attendants. In my apartment, I could cook from my kitchen.

During my business trip at Mercue Yaogon hotel, it had a good service from room service team at 6th floor especially staffs-Auguster&Kyaw Zaw and myo Min Thein. Great hospitality and treat the customers politely.

I stay again in this hotel to celebrate my 2 years wedding anniversary that was held here.
And surprisingly they remember and give surprise in our room. Very thoughtful hotel and staff.

Everyone always give their best to the guest, full of smile and helpful.

I recommend their new chef’s special menu, stir fried pork belly, sweet and sour prawn, and steam seabass with spicy thai sauce. I love it ❤️ Well done chef!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during the whole stay. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was extremely relaxing and peaceful. Breakfast had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!
