Localizacion y vistas al castillo

Desperfectos en pintura de la pared de la habitacion. Y en el suelo. Se nota q es un hotel viejo y en la habitacion q nos toco no le han hecho el mantenimiento necesario para que tenga un buen aspecto

Buona posizione, appartamento moderno e abbastanza pulito.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza su booking per poi scoprire pochi giorni prima della partenza che in verità l'hotel era pieno e quindi avevamo pagato ma non potevamo stare in hotel. A quel punto ci hanno dato un appartamento, dicendo che fosse anche meglio della stanza d'hotel e che ci avremmo guadagnato. La posizione dell'appartamento era effettivamente buona (circa 500 metri dal mare) ma era molto piccolo, il bagno puzzava incredibilmente di muffa e il wi-fi non funzionava e quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto allo staff per risolvere il problema non sono stati per niente disponibili e d'aiuto. Ci hanno messo circa 2 giorni per darci un nuovo router che alla fine non funzionava comunque. Esperienza pessima, servizio terribile.
