Os funcionários são bons mas poucos falam Inglês. O local é muito barulhento e por isso ficamos em um quarto sem janela.

Went to G hotel on 14th of Aug, on the eve of I day. But to my disappointment, even though the hotel looks good , the location & service sucks.
Employees there are least interested to serve you & provide you even with basic amenties like water. You''ll have to call up front desk 3-4 times to get water or maybe get your wifi connected. It's a new hotel so the interiors right now are up to the mark but the service quality & experience I had was damning. If you require anything for the second time for lets say bathroom amenities, they would deliberately ignore it. For any service the response time was pathetic, after 3-4 calls , a person came with no prior knowledge of issues of our concern. They do not even know how to operate the TVs there, the restaurant manager didn't know what was written in their menu & I was billed more for my food.
Overall the worst service any hotel can give, & poor location. It is located in an industrial area with pathetic views of 2-3 drains flowing near by & degraded approach road. I will suggest that please do not waste your hard earned money here. Thanks.

When we visited the hotel on 15th Aug 2016, it had just opened up for 2 weeks and all interiors and furnishing were absolutely new. The interiors of the hotel are very soothing and comfortable. Rooms are large but do not have a good view. We took 2 suite rooms and 2 superior rooms, the suite rooms had windows but they overlooked a temporarily dug up drainage and a very busy highway road, the superior rooms did not even have any windows ! The terrace top pool is nice, the food is also nice, Minibar rates are very reasonable. Where the hotel lacked was in the training of their staff, since the hotel is newly setup all their staff are currently untrained, they are polite but they lack the skills to tackle a fully packed hotel, We went on a national holiday and the hotel was completely booked and the staff was having a hard time tackling the restaurant, reception and room service. I'm not sure if the staff just required training, of if the hotel was understaffed all together. Overall it was a nice experience. If you are looking for a business stay its a perfect hotel. For a family/leisure stay I believe there would be hotels with a better view outside.
