Tento No Sato Hotel Honjin Abashiriko

和室房舒適～早餐不錯～

This hotel smells of smoking from the moment you walk in through the door. Our room was really unpleasant for non-smokers. The room was full of furniture which we had to move to put down our futons. There was no cleaning service if you stayed more than one night and we stayed for three...no reduction for that. The outside of the hotel is not appealing. However staff we saw were polite and pleasant.
My suggestion to this management is that they reserve some rooms for non- smokers.

温泉はかけ流しで非常に良い

卓球台があって自由に使えるので楽しかったが、ピンポン玉が弾まない。高いものではないので、こまめにチェックしていいコンディションにしておいてほしい。
10分ほど早く着いたので準備ができていないのは構わないが、直前までショートステイに利用していたのでと言われるとちょっと気分がよくなかった。
お部屋は清潔で、ベッドは硬めのいいベッドだった。

房間有點老舊但乾淨，有大浴場，免費按摩椅、乒乓球等設施，鄰近網走景點，只需10分鐘便到，非常方便。
唯獨乾衣是一大問題，洗好的衣服乾衣4小時還是乾不透，有部份還是濕的，結果衣服要重洗

上の階に宿泊する客が深夜までドタバタと足音をたてキャーキャー騒いでいる音が響いてきました日付が変わってもおさまらないのでフロントに対応をお願いしました宿のせいではないのですが残念な印象です

部屋は広い和洋室、使い勝手も良く多少の古さは有るものの
清潔でこの価格で良いのと思えるコスパ的には高評価です。

一泊朝食付きプランでした。部屋も清潔でした。無料コーヒーサービスや漫画コーナーが充実していて飽きませんでした。夕食は網走駅近辺へレンタカーで行きました。少し距離を感じますが、行きたかった観光地へのアクセスで選んだので不満はありません。朝食はバイキングでした。北海道ならではの食べ物も多く、美味しくいただきました。
チェックイン・チェックアウトも待たされることもなく良かったです。

不満は特にありませんでした

スタッフ(受付)の方の心遣いがきめ細やか

我預定一泊二食( 夕，朝食)，到達飯店晚上2030時，已無供應晚餐，事先不知道晚餐截止時間，未用晚餐，飯店表示無法退款(信用卡已預付)，當晚家人3人皆未用餐，覺得非常憤怒和失望。

This hotel was better than expected from the photos. It's an older hotel that is looking a little tired but was clean & functional. The breakfast was very nice & the staff friendly. The location on the hill was quite lovely & close to the museums that we wanted to visit. I would recommend it, so long as you're not expecting a brand new & shiny place.

卓球が無料でやり放題

静かなところでゆっくり出来ました。ランドリーが無料で、石鹸も備えてあり、助かりました。

The hotel was clean and quiet with a friendly staff and a great view it our window. The onsen was bright and inviting with a single large pool and a sauna. There was a free washer dryer available, but it's operation wasn't simple. You'll need a vehicle to take advantage of the surrounding tourist attractions as it's at least a 1km walk to restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was good with a standard selection of Japanese "Western Style" items.

Nice hotel room, easily slept four on the tatami. Short drive to central Abashiri. Simple, but adequate, Japanese style buffet breakfast

You need private transport to get here as it is a little out of the way.

We got here at 830pm. All restaurants were closed. Placed was v quiet. Rooms were Japanese style - tatami mats with DIY futons.

But we enjoyed the spa. Nothing grand but adequate. Dining wise, it was a short drive to the convenience store down the road. Breakfast the next morning more than made up for it.

Only wished the wifi was better.

Enjoyed our stay with good memories.

We took the half board and found that breakfast and dinner spreads mediocre and nothing to boasts about. However, the kitchen staff was very accommodative and did not rush us when we returned late from our tour.
