Everything was just great!
The pool was a little small for a big hotel like that but the sauna and hamam were great.
The restaurant was a little expensive for the food quality and taste (it was hardly okay to eat when you are hungry but nothing really tasty, except the bread it was good). Every other restaurant in Tsaxkadzor might be better.
The worst part was they wanted me to pay for a pack of Haribo jellys from the minibar, but there wasn't any when we checked in. They don't escort you to the room, so if you go there take the receptionist with you to your room to check the minibar before you enter the room

The whole site was in renovation and constriction, location and environment was nothing like in the pictures, we couldnt enjoy any view, we couldnt even open the windows because of all the noise and dust
It is so clean and quite. Very close to most of Tsagkhadzor attractions. If you don't mind walking for max. 20 mins to any distance, you won't need a taxi. If not, Yandex is very cheap there.
We got a room in the 3rd floor (same as the reception) and there was no balcony! It is only a window that you open and there is no place to sit for a cup of tea for example. We asked them to change our room to the 5th floor for a bigger balcony and a better view, but they kept saying no availability.
