Очень разочерованы увы.
Cons:

Ну во-первых всё уже не то что было раньше... Нас поселили в одном этаже с индейцами, они вели себя очень шумно, даже ночью, не давали спать. Ни администратор, ни секюрити не могли справиться с этим дурдомом. И не особо хотели. Сколько раз попросили нас поселить в другой этаж, бестолку. Хоть и свободных комнат было много. В итоге мы уехали оттуда не дожидаясь утра. С головной болью, и разочерованием. Больше в этот отель не вернёмся.

I couldn’t connect to the TV, so I ended up just watching YouTube. The issue was that someone else kept connecting to my TV, which made it impossible for me to use it properly

I enjoy it and I will recommend this place
Pros:

Great dining experience! The breakfast had a nice mix of local Armenian tastes and international dishes. Dinner was also good with reasonable prices—I highly recommend the menu items. The shuttle to the ropeway was perfectly punctual, and the driver was very welcoming.

Cons:

The sound isolation in the rooms was quite poor. There was a family with a baby in the room next to mine, and I could hear everything as if they were in my own room. To be clear, the issue wasn't the baby, but the thinness of the walls. Additionally, the sauna temperature was significantly lower than what I’ve experienced at other hotels, which was disappointing

Pros:

Бассейн и сауна замечательно , еда в ресторане вкусная и по цене приемлемо. Очень понравилось .И люстра на 5 этажей и фонтан в холле - очень атмосферно.

Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room and facilities (having a fridge was a welcome feature). Restaurant was very good with plenty of variety and the swimming pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, we used triple room, it was pretty big and comfortable, clean, staff was very polite and attentive.

Cons:

we did not like breakfast, happy that we took only once time and next days we did not used this service.

Pros:

Amazing place to rest.
Very comfortable and clean room, friendly stuff. Free extra clean pool and kid's room with attentive nanny. Free transfer to the ropeway.

Чисто, удобное месторасположение, полотенца меняют каждый день. Уютный ресторанчик с адекватными ценами. Красивая территория
