Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable room and facilities (having a fridge was a welcome feature). Restaurant was very good with plenty of variety and the swimming pool was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Бассейн и сауна замечательно , еда в ресторане вкусная и по цене приемлемо. Очень понравилось .И люстра на 5 этажей и фонтан в холле - очень атмосферно.

Everything was perfect, we used triple room, it was pretty big and comfortable, clean, staff was very polite and attentive.

Cons:

we did not like breakfast, happy that we took only once time and next days we did not used this service.

Pros:

Убирали хорошо. Был бесплатный трансфер до канатной дороги каждый час с очень хорошим водителем.

Cons:

Мы приехали зимой,выбрали этот отель из -за сауны и она оказалась отдельно,об этом должны указывать на сайте. И она работает после 18:00.раздевалка очень маленькая,ящиков не хватает,переодеваешься и дверь открывается в коридор,куда заходят люди.питьевой воды нет.если вы хотите чай то берите термос с собой.всего 3 кроватки в бассейне.Если вы хотите массаж после сауны,то, Попарившись,выходите на мороз и идёте в гостиницу,т.к.массажный салон там,причём будьте готовы,что массажный стол без дырки для лица,что очень не удобно.ценовой лист у массажистки другой, не тот что в номере.хотели пиллинг, но она не делала.бильярдная и солевая комната оплачиваются отдельно. Желающих туда пойти больше не было,но нас ограничили во времени -бильярд 1час-10 евро.😒солевая комната 40мин.
