Pros:

Мы брали отдельный коттедж, все понравилось: чисто, две просторные спальни, хорошая кухня (мы ей не особо пользовались) и общая зона. Сами постройки либо совсем новые, либо с очень свежим ремонтом. Мангальная зона тоже очень удобная + по первой же просьбе на принесли и шампуры и дрова.

За исключением двух комментариев (см. ниже), отель отличный, думаю, один из лучших в Цахкадзоре на данный момент.

Cons:

На территории продолжаются строительные работы (на выходных шума не было, но общий вид это портит)
Завтрак довольно скудный, хотя бы кофемашину можно было бы поставить.

Reconstruction in the hotel
Pros:

It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests in advance that reconstruction is taking place on the hotel premises. If I knew in advance, I wouldn’t book room in this hotel.

Ребенок порезал ногу в бассейне, ступеней не видно в воде, стоит либо силиконом обработать достаточно острые края, либо обозначить чем то ярким
