Perfekte, zentral gelegene Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bad Kissingen.
Pros:

Lage am Rosengarten, Größe, Ausstattung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Apartments, Aufzug, opulentes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal, Pkw-Garage, eigener Garten, Sicherheit des Hauses, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

nur der Straßenlärm (Straßenseite) durch rücksichtslose Autofahrer bei geöffnetem Fenster.

Pros:

Fantastische Größe des Apartments, schicke Einrichtung. Sehr gute Lage, hübsches Haupthaus mit schönem Garten. Sympathischer Empfang, sogar mit Begleitung sowohl zur Garage als auch zum Apartment.
Frühstück war auch prima.

Cons:

Es fehlte bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur eine Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Super Appartement tolle Ausstattung sehr schön und die Größe passt auch optimal perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt Parken am Haus direkt gegen Gebühr Fahrstuhl vorhanden , super Nettes Personal problemloses Einchecken und ein sehr gutes Frühstück alles Frisch wie Obst und Gemüse alles vorhanden. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zum übernachten.

Pros:

Perfekt von der Lage, der Größe der Appartements und die Möglichkeit wie im Hotel zu frühstücken.
Es war alles perfekt und orgavom Ein- bis zum Auschecken, der Tiefgaragenplatz, etc.
Alle waren so freundlich, auch die andeten Gäste waren entspannt.
Die Küche hatte sogar eine Spülmaschine, war vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet.
Jalousien haben gut verdunkelt

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts.
Wir wussten, dass das Appartement zur Strassenseite liegt. Nachts war so gut wie kein Verkehr.

Das war nicht der letzte Urlaub, versprochen.
Pros:

Nähe der Stadt und das ganze Umfeld. Freundlichkeit ganz groß. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber.

Cons:

Ist eigentlich nicht von Bedeutung, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, das nicht öffnen vom Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Wer es gewohnt ist. Ansonsten keine negative Anmerkungen.
