Good location and the friendly staff at the front desk—it's really nice to receive a gift for my child there.
The temperature in the hotel; the inability to adjust the air conditioning in the room. To be more precise, there was a control, but it didn’t seem to be working.
Breakfast was very sparse, even for a budget hotel.
There was no safe in the room, and there simply weren’t any trash bags in the trash can.
Le staff était très accueillant et souriant. On c'est tout de suite senti à l'aise et même notre petit chien à été accueillis avec un bol d'eau fraîch, une friandise et un jouet. Puis beaucoup d'attentions et de caresses. C'est un hôtel très dog friendly car ils pouvait nous accompagner au petite déjeuner et au restaurant le soir. (alors que d'autres hôtel permettent le chien dans l'hôtel mais refuse qu'on le prennent avec dans la partie "restaurant" et nous demande de laisser le chien seul dans la chambre ! 😬 Ce qui est hyper stressant pour notre chien car il ne connais pas la d'hôtel et veux venir partout avec nous en voyage c'est aussi pour ça qu'on le prend avec bien évidemment ! .)
Le petite déjeuner était diversifié et il y avait un peu pour tout le monde j'ai bien aimé la majorité du buffet( les fruits frais, le yaourt nature, les toppings, céréales, les différents pains...)
J'ai 2 petites choses à reprocher au buffet déjeuner.. Les œufs brouiller était vraiment pas très bon, moi qui adore manger 3 œufs au matin j'ai pas su manger c'est œufs qui pour moi vienne d'un sachet et ne sont évidemment pas préparé fraîchement sur place.. Et puis viens le café de la machine automatique qui était imbuvable pour ma part (mais cela vient aussi du fait que j'ai l'habitude du café de haute qualité barista)
La climatisation même lorsqu'on la réglait sur le minimum la chambre était glacial ! Et lorsqu'on devait l'éteindre par ce qu'on avait trop froid il commancait vite à faire trop chaud et on était obliger de se réveiller et de la rallumer la nuit. Peut être revoir le système de climatisation ? 😊
Hotel carino, in zona abbastanza centrale. La reception sempre aperta insieme al bar che è molto ben fornito. Ottima struttura, la ragazza della reception italiana è stata molto molto gentile.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien et les chambres confortables et bien insonorisées.
Personal muy atento, estaban prestos para brindar cualquier indicación o recomendación. Atención y recepción 24h. Las instalaciones geniales, modernas y limpias. La habitación tenía de todo, muy tranquila y la cama fantástica. La piscina estupenda. Tienen un bar que está abierto 24 horas y tienen de todo, hasta sombrillas gratuitas, por si quieres llegarte a la playa, que está muy cerca. Hasta palomitas y gominolas ponen al servicio del huésped. Nos encantó la ubicación, muy cerca del metro y del centro. Además de en el propio hotel, también hay distintos establecimientos para comer o tomar una copa. Zona muy tranquila y segura. Sin duda, repetiremos.
