Pros:

Toad olid ilusad, puhtad ja väga stiilselt sisustatud.

Cons:

Vastuvōtulaua teenindus oli kahjuks väga ebaviisakas.Küsimusele, kas saame palun lisa uksekaarte sain vastuseks "Miks?!" Põhjendasin ning vastati, et 2 inimest, kaks kaarti! Enne seda saime veel terva kommentaari auto parkimise osas. Oleme enne samuti teie hotellis viibinud ning mulje jäi suurepärane. Kahju, et seekord see neiu suutis selle rikkuda.

Nice and pleasant, lot of good food
Pros:

SPA was very nice and relaxing. I liked the availability of free weights in the gym/training room. Breakfast was very good - a broad selection and fresh dishes. Also, the restaurant experience was very pleasant. The evening menu was unavailable due to the restaurant's shortened opening hours on the national holiday (midsummer), but the lunch menu was delicious.

Cons:

I didn't like the arrogant guest who refused to vacate his room even after the extended check-out time (14:00), yelled at the girls at reception, and forced everyone in the lobby to be aware of his diarrhea (he repeated that at least 5 times). As the hotel manager, I would seriously consider banning this guest.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage unmittelbar am Rathausplatz und Domberg. Freundliche Zimmerausstattung, die Fenster können geöffnet und die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet werden.
Sehr gutes Frühatücksbuffet

Cons:

Coffee Facilities sind frei in der Lobby aber nicht auf dem Zimmer, dort allerdings immerhin ein Wasserkocher

Ilus hotell, väga puhas. Meeldis, et wc ja dušširuum oli eraldi. Hea asukoht ja maitsev söök.

excellent hotel
Pros:

This was not our first time so we knew what to expect. And we got again this excellent service.

Cons:

OK, one thing. We booked by internet, we had no questions or special wishes from our side, we did our trip and are totally satisfied. We have got already 13 e-mails concerning the stay at this hotel - booking confirmation (that is necessary), welcomes, instructions, "thank you for your stay", the copy of the bill (that is necessary) etc. It is too much, my inbox is full of "Lydia".
