Отель достоен всяческих похвал!Расположение в городе, приветливость персонала, стиль, уют, комфорт, чистота, красивые зоны отдыха и ресторана , вкусный и качественный завтрак, - всё производит самое лучшее и незабываемое впечатление.
Очень понравилось в спа отеля, - обстановка, камин, свечи, бассейн - превосходно!
Мы отмечали юбилей подруги, большое спасибо за подарок имениннице!

Väga meeldiv personal, väga abivalmis. Meeldis vaikne SPA 21-23:00 ja ka hommikusöök.
Jõusaal oli väike aga kõik sai tehtud, mis vaja. Eriline lemmik oli lounge osa retseptsiooni kõrval, kus sai mõnusalt kohvi nautida ja tööd teha.

Cons:

Kojamees alustas väga varakult lumerookimist ja segas und sellega. Samas, tubli kojamees.

Mõnus puhkusekoht kesklinnas
Pros:

Väga mõnus rahulik oli. Hubane ja ilusa interjööriga hotell, mõnusates toonides sisustatud. Spa oli väike, aga mõnus hubane ja rahulik, sattusime sinna siis, kui oli väga vähe rahvast. Tuba piisavalt suur ja puhas. Rikkalik hommikusöök. Sõbralik personal. Parkimise võimalus maja all garaazis lisatasu eest. Hotelli asukoht väga hea,kohe Raekoja platsi ääres, tegime mõnusa jalutuskäigu Tartu kesklinnas, kõik lähedal.

Cons:

Aurusaun spa-s oli natuke lahja, siis oli mõnus kui seisid püsti, istudes ei jõudnud aur sinuni.
