Pros:

Clean, free coffee, water in the lobby... Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Near Ochanomizu stn or Ochanomizu shin stn.
Our room was small but we got used to it. Bed is comfortable. Washroom is compact but very good too.
Recommend staying here!
There were other amenities offered in the lobby that we didn't need but great touch (tooth brush, small towel, hair brush, lotions, etc,)

Pros:

チェックイン14時、チェックアウト12時、という長時間滞在可能なホテルで、フロント前にデスクワークスペースがあり、チェックアウト後も仕事をすることができます。
コーヒーサービスもおかわり自由で有り難かったです。

立地もよく、東京メトロ・JR御茶ノ水まで徒歩5分。近くにコンビニが2件、ホテル前には公園もあり景観や利便性はよいのですが、
深夜まで人の声が響いていたので、そこは気になりました。

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Beware just how small rooms and bathrooms are, though. I have a few bruises from walking into things. Very very very small.

各種施設、公共交通機関への利便性が高く、スタッフの方の応対もgood
珈琲などの飲み物がほとんどの時間帯で飲めるのも、就寝前にうれしかった。
部屋の広さやアメニティもまったく問題なし。

Pros:

1. The walls seem to be thin. I can clearly hear when water is flowing and people next door are talking. In the mornings it is especially noisy because you can hear the cleaning staff working on the other rooms.

2. The internet is relatively slow (~13Mbps download), with pretty occasional drops. It's sometimes not sufficient for streaming or reliable work.

3. Good price and good location. Close to both the station and Akihabara. Seems like a nice neighborhood.

4. Room size is alright. Slightly on the smaller side but it's acceptable compared to other hotels in Japan anyway.

5. Free unlimited coffee/tea (and maybe other drinks?) at the lobby. I don't think it is 24/7, but almost.

6. Exactly one elevator. Not the end of the world - just pointing it out.

Nothing bad in general, just that the front desk didn’t mention about the rule of leaving the room keys to them every morning before we head outside until we forgot to do it on the second day, so it was odd when we got reminded.

室内が埃っぽく、動くと小さい埃が舞い上がりました。空気清浄器を動かしたら、室内が埃臭くなって、逆効果でした。最低限の清掃しかしていない印象です。部屋は紹介写真より狭く感じました。良かった点は、フロントの対応とドリンクサービス、すごく駅近の割にリーズナブルな価格という点です。
