I had a very positive experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room met my expectations. Overall, the place felt well-maintained and nicely organized. The location is excellent, and the beach is absolutely beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only area that needs improvement is the bathroom. It clearly requires some renovation, and there was an unpleasant odor, which slightly affected the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, my overall impression of the hotel is very good.

แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้องช้าไปหน่อย กว่าจะมาก็บ่ายแล้ว😅 ห้องไม่มีโทรศัพท์และการตกแต่งเก่าไปหน่อย ห้องน้ำน้ำไหลเบามากกกกกก แต่ห้องไม่มีโทรศัพท์ก็เลยขี้เกียดหาเบอร์เพื่อโทรแจ้ง(อันนี้เราขี้เกลียดเอง)

The Air con was freezing cold.
Was quite on a night.
The staff at desk was nice and helped you but only so much.

Cons:

The place is overrated. The breakfast is poor for a English person. No bacon No beans No scrambled egg No fried sausage. It is mainly and mostly thai food. The lady cooking eggs does not speak English, She cooks a dozen eggs at a time (un cooked slimey) and leaves to go cold. Omelette have a thai kind of mixture in them. I asked and she would not cook me a plane Omelette. Answer No No and shaking her head, doesn't speak or understand English but can say no no lol,, So I walked out and didn't return. I went out every morning to different places for breakfast which was nice. And i paid for this breakfast service on top of the room. I completed to desk staff and all i got was Sorry me sorry sir, was no offer of a refund! The bar at the pool was closed and looks like it as not been in use for a long time. The pool water was also dirty in colour and way way too much chemical and chlorine in it! The beach bar and food is triple and more in price to other places. And food is very small portions. You can not fetch beers from out side or buy from 7shop and drink on the beach but you can on your balcony!.. There dont like it and tell you to leave. There did with me!. Due to that there want you to pay 120 or 150bht for a bottle of beer of them. Also no draft pump beer. The fire show and after the show There come around with a bucket pestering you for a tip. And if you dont book a seat You will be lucky to get a seat. I was not told this and I worked this out myself! Then when i asked Sorry sir we fully booked! I noticed the same faces sitting in the same seats a few times, Not enough chairs on the beach. If you smoke you have to walk away out of site because there dont like it. But I saw staff smoking around the corner and its ok for them to do it. If you sit and watch the sea etc and dont want a drink, there come every 5 minutes with menu pestering you over buying a drink.

They stay was a little disappointing
Pros:

Nice beach great staff and good location. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom needs severe up grade. At nighttime when everyone was showering the shower would not drain. The toilet would gurgle air mostly at night.
The beds were hard and old they were actually indented.
