Pros:

Die Ferien war toll. Wir haben ein super Upgrade bekommen. Das "Zimmer" besser gesagt die Suite mit privater Terrasse war einfach fantastisch.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und schön.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Das Brot immer frisch, viele Früchte, Waffen, Spiegeleier, Rührei und vieles mehr.
Herr ? Von der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
Auch die Lage ist top.

Cons:

In der Küche hätte ich mir einen Lappen und ein Abtrocknungstuch gewünscht.

Wir werden dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral, kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zur Bergbahn (10min zu Fuss).

Cons:

Leider wird überwiegend Englisch gesprochen, Deutschkenntnisse waren kaum vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war früher in Ordnung, hat jedoch deutlich an Qualität verloren. Angeboten wurden einfache Aufbackbrötchen, die teilweise bereits vergriffen waren, frisches Brot vom Bäcker gab es nicht . Das Gemüse wirkte ausgetrocknet, als Konfitüre war nur Johannisbeergelee verfügbar (die scheint niemand zu mögen). Der Lachs lag stark im Fett, Rührei und Bohnen wirkten optisch wenig appetitlich.
Insgesamt ist uns dadurch die Freude am Frühstück vergangen; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht nicht. Parkplatz im freien plus Kurtaxen machen zusammen nochmals 25.- pro Tag.

inkompetente Dienstleistungen des Personal

super Lage, leckeres Frühstück

Cons:

Personal versteht kein Deutsch.
Kollegen-Päärchen und wir haben gleichzeitig eingecheckt. Sie mussten Depo hinterlegen wir nicht. Wieso ist unklar, da Personal uns auf Deutsch oder Englisch nicht verstanden hat.
Kollegen-Päärchen konnte an Rezeption Pre-Check-in machen, bei uns war dies erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen möglich. Personal hat auf uns sehr inkompetent gewirkt.

Da Zimmer noch nicht bezogen werden konnte, durften wir das Gepäck deponieren. Als wir es am Abend abholen wollten, konnte Personal es erst nicht finden. Später wurden wir in einen Saal begleitet in welchem alle Gepäckstücke verteilt waren. Gepäck war nicht angeschrieben und es wurde nicht kontrolliert wie viele Gepäckstücke man aus dem Saal nahm.

Ich bin enttäuscht vom Personal und der gebotenen sehr inkompetent Dienstleistung. Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht.
