Spitzen Hotel. Super sauber, Personal überaus freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Waren mit Hund und kleinem Kind da und haben uns rund um Wohl und bestens versorgt gefühlt. Frühstück als auch Essen im Restaurant war spitze und für Groß und Klein keine Wünsche offen. Für die Vierbeiner gibt es ein Napf und eine Decke aufs Zimmer, und sind sogar im Restaurant (an der Leine versteht sich) willkommen.

La propreté, le professionnalisme et l’amabilité du personnel , le petit déjeuner, son emplacement, le local à ski et surtout le local à chaussures de ski qui est chauffé.
Le SPA pourrait avoir un peu plus de possibilité, mais quand même bien.

Zimmer sind sehr gut und sauber, auch die Atmosphäre in den Fluren und im Wohnbereich. Die Lage ist zentral,
und der Bus zu den Skiliften gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal war in 8 von 10 Fällen eher kurz angebunden, wenig hilfsbereit und teilweise bei einfachen Rückfragen m.E. leicht genervt oder überfordert. Dafür in übermässiger Anzahl vertreten. Geschmacksache: aber der Eingangs- und Restaurantbereich sind persönlich nicht mein Fall, zu spartanisch, zu sehr Kantinengefühl.
Lage, Frühstück es war sehr gut. Empfang sehr freundlich, Zimmer konnte bereits vor 12.00 Uhr bezogen werden.
habe unter " Hard Rock Hotel" erwartet das es in den Zimmern auch Themen hätte.
Wir hatten an einem Abend das Bison Entrecote (Preis 57.00 CHFR) . da meine Partnerin nicht gerne Blumenkohl isst, auch sonst alle Kohlarten, hätten wir gerne eine alternative gehabt anstelle des Blumenkohls, ich muss noch präzisieren es war "Safran" Blumenkohl. Ich habe dem Kellner vorgeschlagen, ob wir von dem Vegetarischen Gericht die Peperoni und die Zucchetti haben könnten. Das wurde leider sofort verneinet, dass das nicht gehe.
Ich sagte, dieses Gemüse habt ihr ja (Mise en place) warum geht das nicht? Wurde abermals verneint. Ich bin selbst Koch und habe genug lange in der Gastonomie gearbeitet (45 Jahre) und habe jeden Wunsch der Gäste erfüllt solange es mir möglich war, oder es ist einfach gegangen.
Dann zum Blumenkohl; leider hat der nicht soviel Safran (war wirklich nur ein Hauch!) gesehen, sonder schön Kurkuma zum färben benutzt. Und die Bratkartoffeln waren nicht richtig schön gebraten mit so einer leichten Kruste und zu weich.
Nun Zum Bison; das war einfach der Hammer das hat alles wieder gut gemacht, Garpunkt perfekt schöne Kruste und super Kräuterbutter.

The front office ladies were very nice, room was very clean and looked nice.
One of the staff at breakfast was extremely rude. I just requested whether I could take a croissant and coffee to takeaway as my train was about to leave. He was extremely rude and left a bitter feeling for my stay.
