It should be noted that this property is on the edge of the red light district. This hotel is not meant for vacation stays. It is a hotel for working girls..
Hotel is located down in narrow alley with several seedy hotels around. This area does not feel safe.

全体的に清潔で、お風呂も大きかったのは良かった。ただ、冷蔵庫を開けると前の人のものと思われる飲みかけのペットボトルが入っていた。また、テレビがつかないのでフロントに連絡したが、態度がふてぶてしく対応が悪かった。

クリスマスに利用しました！彼女も大満足でした！電マがついていて、助かりました！お風呂は広く、テレビ付きで、ジェットとライトアップ、泡風呂にできて彼女が恥ずかしくなく、一緒に入れてよかったです！

この手のホテルで予約できるのが有り難い
Pros:

事前に予約できるのは、1階の部屋のみ。
18:00にチェックインして翌朝まで滞在できるのは助かる。
使える冷蔵庫が非常に小さくほとんど入らない。
女性のスタッフは感じが良いが男性のスタッフのサービス態度が悪い。
テーブルが非常に小さく部屋内で飲食するには足らない。

Pros:

악천후로 비행기가 결항이라 갑자기 이케부 근처에서 묵게 되어서 이용했습니다.
욕조가 크고 침대가 푹신합니다. 침구 상태도 괜찮았습니다. 방 자체는 좁은 느낌이지만 러브호텔인 점을 생각하면 나쁘지 않습니다. 이것저것 룸서비스가 많이 있어보였는데 이용은 안했습니다. 방 구석이나 침대맡에 먼지가 꽤 보이던 점이 신경쓰이네요.
