Staff were very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Location was great and facilities were good too (laundry, kitchenette)

Cons:

Was a bit expensive for what it was, pictures made the room look a little bigger than it was

Adequate for the purpose of our visit. We would come again sometime.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

Only phone contact with the staff as the check in desk has very limited hours. They were helpful though.
Signage at the main road is very hard to spot and we had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel, which is set back amongst a brewery and golf facilities. The hotel name was not spelled out, just the initials SWV, which we didn't think was enough information to spot it from the road when driving in busy traffic.
The pillows were too high and firm and we had difficulty in sleeping comfortably. All 4 pillows were the same type so we couldn't choose ones to suit us.

Pros:

As usual the cannot fault a thing. I live in the country whenever I need to drive into the city area.i always stay at SVH I also refer to other family and friends.

Cons:

A little over priced on the day due to an event close by. Fees the day b4 and after reduce dramatically. Fully understand the reasoning as to why, however a huge decrease in fees either side of the event.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic, rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. Renovations are in progress but our rooms were already done. Location is great, close to lots of places. 3 rooms booked and all were lovely.

Cons:

Nothing, very happy with our stay.

The staff were good leading up to the booking.

Cons:

On the night of the stay, which was out wedding day, we were overdue with our checkin. We tried to call the afterhours check in line due to our late checkin, which we understood, however the facilities that were apparently in place for us to check in later did not work. So we did not stay at the facility and went home for the night instead.

Emailed property with photos and reply was they would look into it and get back to me, they haven't.

Cockroaches in bathroom, TV not working properly on both TV's, couldn't fix as the TV was locked and the receptionist tried as well to fix, latch hanging off door, soap dispenser was full of water, took to reception and let her know of our stay and she stated would pass on to management, Letter left on bed by Management on our arrival not to give a bad rating on our stay.
