Pros:

朝食のおかずの種類が豊富でどれも美味しかったです。あとご当地のおやきや牛乳、ミカド珈琲があったので嬉しかったしテイクアウト出来るカップを置いてくれいたのも最高でした。
あと駐車場が無料なのも良かったです
宿泊しても駐車場料金が発生するところは多々あります

快適でした。
Pros:

立地やお部屋の作り、大浴場、ホテルショップ、ウエルカムドリンク、夜のライトアップまで、全て良かったです。
価格もお値打ちで、近くにスーパーやショップがあり、
楽しめました。

Cons:

エレベーターへの位置を間違えると、部屋から遠回りになった。エレベーターまでの階段が少し危ないかも知れないと思いました。両方とも、高齢の場合です。別にもっと良い方法があったのなら、すみません。

私の理想に近い。
Pros:

前日に宿泊したホテルと比べて、部屋の広さや風呂、トイレ等の設備が充実していた。

Cons:

1階の部屋で、景色的なところや、部屋に小さな蚊のような虫がいた。場所が分かりづらいので、大きな看板を設置してほしい。

お世話になりました。
Pros:

部屋が適度の広さで落ち着けた。お風呂もよかった。

Cons:

ベランダ付きだったが外に出る気持ちが湧かなかった。狭く落ち着けない広さ。中2階の階段は大きな荷物には不便。
夕食は価格の面で敬遠しました。外食で満足できた。

良かったが、気分はまあまあ。
Pros:

食事が美味しかった。静かで軽井沢に泊まっている感じがとてもした。お風呂も良い。

Cons:

デラックスルーム２部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にスタッフに、とても大事に事なので、部屋は同じですか？と尋ねたら同じですと応えたので安心しておりましたが、連れの部屋が角部屋でした。部屋の広さも・内容が全然違い
とても残念でした。こちらが費用負担していただけに、連れは怒っていました。チェックイン時に確認出来ないし、フロントの人を信用するしかないので。残念でした。

Pros:

員工熱心友善，巷口有超市、麥當勞、網紅麵包店。房間大，設施偏老舊但可開伙，有大浴場加分。地下室若停滿，對面有大露天停車場可停。

Cons:

建議一次附齊完整鍋碗廚具，不用分好幾次跟櫃台要。
