L'emplacement était bien.Espace spacieux. Lits confortables.

Cons:

L'hôtel offre une petite cuisine avec aucune vaisselle, coutellerie,casseroles. Trés décevant. Nous sommes arrivés vers 7/8 hres un jeudi soir et l'employé à la réception nous à dit qu'il n'y avait pas de place dans le lounge pour prendre une bouchée et un verre.Le lounge était à moitié vide!!! Nous avons du ressortir pour aller à l'épicerie.Donc l'accueil n'était pas des plus aimables

We enjoyed a spacious well-equipped room in a top quality hotel, at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Fabulous room, excellent quality food, peaceful ambiance, great facilities, close to the station

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk to the town centre for shopping and restaurants. Breakfast seemed pricey, but then we learned Karuizawa is generally expensive!
No crockery, cutlery or pans supplied for using in the kitchenette.

行李推太遠，旁邊有超市書店麵包店和麥當勞還不錯

看得出來建築物很有年紀了，飯店里有一段沒有電梯的路要扛行李，租腳踏車太貴

Pros:

The property is in a peaceful wooded area. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The public bath was huge with cedar tubs as well as cold plunges.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with this hotel except that it is not very close to the town or the train station.

Pros:

Great location near supermarket, bakery & walking distance to train station. really spacious room and comfortable, bikes available for hire & good staff.

Cons:

No room keeping service, coffee splatted wall when we arrived. Weird there is nothing in the kitchenette and you have to go downstairs to ask for a fork, wine glass or sponge...
