We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.
Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.
A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The English speaking staff were extremely friendly and helpful and on hand to answer questions, help book transfers and tours. The breakfast was of a very high quality, with a range of options for all tastes including fruits, eggs/omelette made to order, local cheeses, pastries and local jam and honey. Great view of the balloons from the rooftops. Very relaxing. Would love to visit again!

This was a splurge property that was every bit worth it for us. Every detail is clearly intentional, from small sitting spaces throughout the property with gorgeous views for days, the authentic decorative details, great shower, helpful, friendly staff, an amazing on site Hamam, and fabulous breakfast spread. If I am lucky enough to return to Cappadocia, I would definitely stay here again.
As with everywhere in Cappadocia, be prepared for stairs and steep slopes. I personally found the bed very hard but that is more personal preference. Picking up some cocktail tips from the Seten staff would be a nice addition.
The experience was top notch. I am an avid traveler and it is a busy season. The staff, the room snd the restaurant were extraordinary.
Breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself is stuning, especially the views, and the pool area, location is perfect too, and the staff are very friendly.
Some parts of the hotel are pretty dated, like the showerhead and the shower pressure (or the time it took to warm up!), but i guess it is running piping and cableing through an old cave i guess... The room was pretty basic too, very dim light, no airflow, but again, one would be staying in a cave so not much you can do I guess! The bed and pillows also gave be a really bad back and nexk, and the little window above the door had no curtain so the early morning light was very apparent when it shone through a dark cave room.
The hotel exceeded all my expectations. We really loved it.
From the reception to the restaurant, housekeeping, and SPA, the entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
The terraces are beautifully designed, with comfortable areas where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views. The rooms meet all modern needs while still giving you the authentic feeling of staying in a real cave. They are also very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I spent two nights in the two bedroom suite with my husband and best friend and the accommodations were wonderful. They parked our car which is a huge win because driving there is tough. The suite was gorgeous and upon entering there was warm nuts, fresh fruit, bottled water and wine.
Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and always smiling.
The hotel is set into a hill with amazing views. The hotel provides seating areas to allow you to fully enjoy and take in the views. Everything was immaculate.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Cappadocia.

The staff were mostly friendly
Our room although big the location was poor in that it overlooked the road. The patio wasn’t made up and I had to ask repeatedly. Only on the penultimate day was it set up. The hot tub wasn’t really a hot tub and wasn’t set up when we arrived.
It is just so unique and with a very homely atmosphere. The conversion shows incredible imagination and attention to detail. Our cave room 116 was a special experience.
The balloon ride and the full day tour organised by the Hotel were also excellent and very enjoyable.

Location is perfect to explore Göreme, all staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners all so helpful and lovely, cannot do enough for you. Very clean, lovely breakfast each day. Evening meal was delicious. Lots of lovely areas to sit and be peaceful.

Kelebek had the best breakfast during our stay in Turkey. Much to choose from and you could request hot egg dishes.
The view from our shared balcony area was fantastic but being a "cave" hotel the room was dark and small which is what you should expect. Location was great for walking to restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
