Important information:

We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.

Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.

A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pets to the room or hotel premises during their stay.

No additional fee is charged for pet accommodations. Beautiful hotel with amazing views of a beautiful town. We loved our stay at Kelebek.
Pros:

Location is perfect to explore Göreme, all staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners all so helpful and lovely, cannot do enough for you. Very clean, lovely breakfast each day. Evening meal was delicious. Lots of lovely areas to sit and be peaceful.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Best breakfast and great location for viewing balloons over the town.
Pros:

Kelebek had the best breakfast during our stay in Turkey. Much to choose from and you could request hot egg dishes.
The view from our shared balcony area was fantastic but being a "cave" hotel the room was dark and small which is what you should expect. Location was great for walking to restaurants. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Extraordinaria atenció en un hotel preciós. I a Goreme no és facil encertar l’hotel. S’ha tornat molt turístic. Un oasis
Pros:

El millor esmorzar que he vist mai. Especial glute-free per la meva dona. Increible l’abunsancia, l’originalitat i la presentació. Un dia vam anar a la granja del propietari i vam esmorzar allà.
El servei de Spa també va ser excellent i l’amabilitat de la noia de recepció també extraordinària.

Cons:

Per dir algo, la dutxa estava una mica vella. I vam tenir una mica de soroll de l’habitació de sobre.

Once, twice and hopefully a third!
Pros:

it was my second time with this group and like the fist time it was excellent. When I come back I will be looking to stay again! As a bonus the breakfast ride to the farm was top notch! We didn't think it was going to be that interesting but in the end it was a highlight of our stay at the hotel.

Lovely place
Pros:

The super staff. Good location with great views over Gorome. Spa service and massage.
Suite room was superb.

Cons:

Not really kitted out for bad weather, no indoor relaxation area other than the restaurant and a couple of chairs in reception.
Communication issues at breakfast.

Great hotel
Pros:

It’s situated on top of a hill, the views are amazing, picturesque, breakfast was amazing with lots of selections, warm and welcoming staff…..within 10minutes of arrival the hotel had arranged my horseback riding experience for the same day, I was so happy that it didn’t take long and it was very last minute but they made it happen :) the hotel also arranges shared shuttle airport transfers for a reasonable fee to and from both airports :) both arrive on time :)

Отель находится в центре города. Очень интересный дизайн номеров. Роскошные завтраки. Вид. В номере супер лосьон и гель для душа. Запах лимонграса. Есть бассейн, но он был закрыт. Спа был открыт, обычный.

Cons:

Наш номер был в тени, на самом низком этаже.

Pros:

Comfortable stay. Restaurant was great. Loved the Kings Valley breakfast (only included if you book a suite).

Cons:

One needs to be mobile enough for stairs and uphill walks if you would like to stay here.
