We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.
Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.
A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pets to the room or hotel premises during their stay.

Couldn’t pick room
Kelebek Hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Cappadocia. The hotel is beautiful, full of charm, and offers stunning views.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast and food were both excellent, with a great variety and high quality.
A truly unique place that I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again!
A localização é perfeita. A vista da área externa do hotel é muito bonita. O passeio na fazenda com café da manhã é imperdível. Maravilhoso.
O quarto não tem smart tv, e a internet é 10 mbites, muito lento. A piscina não é aquecida, como faz frio de noite, mesmo fazendo calor de dia, a água é muito fria. Como andamos muito, ter uma piscina aquecida para relaxar faz muita falta. O quarto do hotel não correspondia a foto da minha reserva, pois na foto tinha varanda com vista e banheira. Depois vi em letras pequenas que poderia ter ou não.
Entendo que deveria ter classificações e preços diferentes para quarto com banheira e vista do quarto normal. Pensei ter pago por uma suite conforme foto e recebi um quarto simples, sem vista e banheira.
Unusual hotel, away from downtown, beautiful views of the valley, outdoor garden areas were lovely . Nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast on the terrace was generous with lots of choices. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The location is great , close to everything you need. The breakfast is very good - with a lot of options. The staff is great , very helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the Hamam.

The property is so unique, clean and comfortable. There are breathtaking views from almost every corner of the property, with multiple terraces and verandahs to sit and relax or enjoy a cup of Turkish tea! Also, don’t miss the farm breakfast! It was wonderful.

Nuestra estadía en Kelebek Cave Hotel fue, sin duda, uno de los momentos más destacados de nuestro viaje por Turquía. Elegir este hotel fue una de las mejores decisiones que tomamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin pensarlo.
Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el personal nos hizo sentir realmente bienvenidos. Todos fueron increíblemente amables, profesionales y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Omer y a la encantadora chica que nos ayudó a organizar todos nuestros tours. Su amabilidad, dedicación y excelentes recomendaciones hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más memorable.
También decidimos contratar todas nuestras actividades directamente con el hotel, y fue absolutamente la decisión correcta. Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado de principio a fin. En especial, la experiencia del vuelo en globo superó todas nuestras expectativas. Los tratamientos de masajes muy recomendables.
Nuestra habitación daba a la calle con lo cual había algo de ruido (nada grave) y tenía unas ventanas altas sin cortinas así que por ahí entraba bastante luz.
También tenía pequeños desniveles (escalones), que hasta que nos acostumbramos nos tropezamos varias veces. Puede ser peligroso especialmente de noche.

We are a family of 3 and vizited Kelebek hotel in June 2026. Such a great experience - the rooms are great , very well designer, big rooms, quality breakfast . The location is the best - very close to everything you need . The pool was also great and the Hamam is extraordinary. The team on site is always helpful and you can book with them the airport transfer , the tours etc. We higly recommend it.
A very luxury hotel with very nice staffs in reception and room service, which are ready to help every monent with wonderful rooms as caves in mountains. There is good restaurant in place of hotel named happena.beautiful view to see all city and the balloons in the time of sunrise when they start flight.
The location was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and after our meal, the staff kindly invited the six of us to enjoy complimentary apple tea on the balcony of the highest floor while watching the sunset. The view was absolutely fantastic and made for a very memorable experience.

Every person who met us at the hotel was helpful, kind and intrigued by our interests and where we were visiting from. We felt welcomed and at home immediately. The rooms were spacious, clean and unique. The showers provided great water pressure and the soaking tubs were so relaxing. Every comfort was available, the staff were friendly, and I received the best massage at the on site spa. We couldn’t imagine a better stay!

For the suite: I expected as advertised on booking.com- larger for 3 people suite, an outdoor private tub, usable ( not icy cold) pool nobody used.
The hotel had many beautiful areas for viewing and relaxing, largely unused, but very beautiful.
The hotel gave us one night free upgrade for a larger room. It was appreciated but I feel that the advertising did not reflect the reality and the staff tried hard to make up for it.
