We limit the number of room for one booking as 4 rooms at once. In case of booking for more than 4 rooms, the guest should accept cancellation with/without penalty.
Our property welcomes all pets under certain conditions.
A maximum of two (2) pets per room is allowed, with a combined weight limit of 25 kg. Guests must inform the property prior to making a reservation if they intend to stay with a pet.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss caused by their pets to the room or hotel premises during their stay.

Amazing place - where to startz
Before arriving, they contacted us and helped to organize shuttle from ASR- Goreme and proposed us a few tours.
When we got here, we were greeted in our language (french!) by a very kind employee who gave us a full your of the property. We had dinner at Happena, a local restaurant within the hotel with very tasty “tasti kebap” and other local options - all very tasty, and amazing service. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and calm. Our kids loved the separate sleeping pod for them.
The included breakfast is tasty - but the best part of breakfast - is one free offering they have it’s a farm to table breakfast at their farm. Our guide (Sun - i can’t remember her real name) was very knowledgeable and gave us a full tour while driving to the farm. We had the chance to eat all the local amazing food made by the cooks at the farm. These woman are amazing, they welcome you like it’s their family. Would 100% recommend you book this if you have time.
Finaly, the localisation and the setting of the hotel is amazing, close to everything with great views. The pool is clean and refreshing. This stay was way above my expectations. I feel like everyone here goes above and beyong to make our stay even better.

Good location; arranged excellent hot air balloon tour and scenic tours via its affiliate companies. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and kind.
We love this hotel. Very good location in the town of Göreme. Within walking distance of good restaurants. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant from where you have good views of the town. The room we had was truly within a cave - a very unique and memorable experience. The Hamam and Spa added to the whole wonderful experience. The staff were helpful and attentive.
Everything was good. There are no elevators and you may need to ask for room accessibility if you have issues with mobility.
The property was authentic, the hotel food was fabulous and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend.

Having stayed at Kelbek before twice 15 and 17 years ago, we were not sure what had changed! However, whilst in our opinion Cappadocia has deteriorated much and gone from this unspoilt jewel -to tourist brick a brack town- with mcdonalds burger king, nightclub etc and become far to diluted in charchter-the hotel has however, remained a wonderful sanctuary! Great rooms, (we had a junior cave suite), nice pool, wonderful breakfast with lovely views and extremely helpful staff! As with our previous stays it was faultless!
Such a nice hotel! The staff was just great, very pleasing. The environment unbeatable. Right in the mountains with the balloons up above early in the morning.
Loved our stay at the Kelebek!! Our favorite hotel while in Turkey. The cave rooms are just amazing. Our rooms were clean and spacious with super comfy beds. The terrace was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the views at sunrise with the balloons were breathtaking. The hotel staff were super friendly and helped with everything from parking to hauling luggage to making dinner reservations. So kind! The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. The best we had while in Turkey! We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant which was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend the clay pot dishes. Location is perfect. Easy walk into town. The top highlight for our daughter was the adorable kittens that lived in the garden. Super cute! The hotel also arranged a hot air balloon ride for us. 10 out of 10 from start to finish. It’s a must do. Would absolutely stay here again. Hope we can return soon!
Nothing! Everything was superb
Absolutely brilliant! Already dreaming of a return visit! Loved the privacy and the layout of Kelebek hotel. The location of the hotel is super convenient and just a 5-10 minute walk to tons of fabulous shops and restaurants. Cappadocia is an outdoor paradise and we loved all the hikes and multitude of activities above and beyond the breathtaking the hot air balloon rides. Breakfast at Kelebek was varied and wonderful. My son and I enjoyed lunch at the pool bar and a dip in the pool after returning from our various excursions. I booked a 90 minute Turkish Hamam on the first day which was absolutely to die for! The ladies in the spa were absolutely lovely and very professional. The Hamam was such a luxury! Everyone was surprised that we stayed 8 days in Cappadocia at the Kelebek Hotel, but actually, I could have very easily stayed much longer. Our stay was utterly relaxing and a true getaway!
We have just left this beautiful hotel and haven’t even touched down in our own country yet and I must write this review.
From the moment you arrive at the hotel everyone is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to help. We were offered a special traditional breakfast in the kings valley and this is a must! I have never experienced anything like it, food was in abundance and exceptional.
We stayed in the presidential suite and the room was amazing and has its own private terrace with its own jacuzzi, there was a minor issue but Serkan (hotel manager) went above and beyond to fix the problem which we appreciated.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant for dinner is a must.
Don’t miss out on the spa either we had the Hammam and the ladies really know what they are doing and the space is beautiful and private.
All in all this is a hotel that will leave you speechless its beauty and welcomed by their staff. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

The shared pool and pool lounges with the sister property was too small to cater for 2 hotels and number of guests.
The location was very good, the architecture and the design of the hotel were amazing, the view, the terraces and each corner were full of character. The restaurant and it’s view and the staff was really good. Our room was very specious and clean and well decorated. The staff were very helpful and arranged us very good tours.I definitely recommend this place
