Für mein Arbeitsweekend absolut perfekt.
Pros:

Die Aussicht aus dem Nebengebäude war sehr schön und es war sehr ruhig. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmet (37) war die mittlere Lampe defekt.

Very nice staff. Owner was on Reception and provided great assistance on local activities.
Pros:

Nice location on north side of Lake Thun and close bus stop into Thun center. A little challenging to reach up small roads but they have ample parking. Very clean and appealing, however elevator was out of service. Great outside patio with mood lighting for dinner.

Cons:

Elevator. Had to lug heavy suitcases up one floor. Would go there again.

Leider ist es nicht komfortabel.

Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, schöner Blick auf den See

Wir haben diese Reise lange als Geschenk zu meinem Geburtstag geplant. Wir hatten eine große Junior Suite für unsere Familie gebucht – 2 Erwachsene, ein 11-jähriges Kind und ein 1-jähriges Baby. Der Betrag wurde vorab und ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit abgebucht. Leider hat sich das Hotel jedoch geweigert, uns im gebuchten Zimmer unterzubringen, und uns stattdessen in ein kleines Doppelzimmer gesteckt. Für eine Familie ist dieses natürlich viel zu klein. Wir haben eine andere Kategorie gebucht und erwartet, dass eine Buchung einen Monat im Voraus inklusive Vorauszahlung eine Garantie dafür ist, dass man dieses Zimmer auch bekommt. Das war leider nicht der Fall.
Weitere Minuspunkte: Im Zimmer gab es weder einen Kühlschrank noch einen Wasserkocher oder Pflegeprodukte im Bad.
Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen, da man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann, dass man am Ende tatsächlich das Zimmer bekommt, das man gebucht hat.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guter Küche

Ein ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und Garten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut, ebenfalls das Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung wirkt teilweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber sauber und alles funktionierte.
