Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im obersten Stock und haben die Aussicht vom Balkon aus sehr sowie das Frühstück sehr genossen. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, man kann direkt von dort aus in den schönen Schlosspark gehen und ist in wenigen Minuten direkt am See.
Wir hatten die Gästekarte auch nicht per Mail bekommen - trotz mehrerer Versuche vom Hotel. Da muss irgendein technischer Fehler sein, aber sie haben uns die Gästekarte ausgedruckt, so dass wir auch gratis mit dem Bus fahren konnten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und lieb, auch beim Frühstück hatten wir alles, was wir uns wünschten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Relaxing and resourceful stay
Pros:

Panoramic view over the lake and truly excellent gastronomic restaurant of the hotel, quiet and privileged area around, efficient and friendly personnel, cozy and spacious room.

Cons:

The douche cabines require some refresh, otherwise all is perfect.
