War sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. War alles sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Herrliche Aussicht, genügend Parkplätze, bequeme Betten und fabelhaftes Essen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte für meine Meinung mindestens eine hellere Lampe haben.

Het uitzicht was prachtig, een mooie ligging. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Kamer was schoon

Cons:

Verouderde kamers, geen airco, douchedeuren waren kapot. De deur naar het balkon klemde enorm waardoor je het met kracht erin moest zetten.

Doordat er geen airco was moest de deur open, wat insecten naar binnen brengt.

Het bed was aardig op, nodig aan vervanging toe. Er waren kuilen in het bed.

Voor het opladen van je telefoon moest het nachtkastje aan de kant om de stekker erin te kunnen doen, niet heel praktisch.

Pros:

We loved the location and the view. The staff were really friendly.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a fridge as we had a baby and storing food for her would have been helpful. We didn't like that every day when room service came we did not get any more towels, no refills on glasses or bottled water. We kept having to go downstairs and ask for more.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schöne Lage, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See gebucht (gute Sicht, wenn er nicht gerade wolkenverhangen ist ;-)) Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Man kann per ÖPNV gut nach Thun kommen. Eine Schifffahrt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück und dem Essen im Restaurant hatten wir uns mehr erhofft.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit einigen guten Zutaten bestückt, aber von der Auswahl sehr übersichtlich (es waren nur wenige Gäste im Haus). Das Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war alles sauber und funktional.
Die Gästekarte für die kostenfreie Nutzung des ÖPNV erhielten wir nur auf Nachfrage (sollte m.E. automatisch bei der Ankunft an die Gäste übergeben werden um Wartezeiten zu vermeiden).

Zwierzęta podczas posiłku przy stołach . choć lubię zwierzęta i sam posiadałem psa ale nie powinny siedzieć razem przy stołach gdzie spożywane są posiłki przez ludzi ani pod stołami . powinno być oddzielne miejsce dla tych osób a nie razem ze wszystkimi

Pros:

Lage war schön. Die Abendessen im Restaurant Schönbühl waren eine schöne Überraschung und das, was wir bestellten, war von hoher Qualität und der Service des Personals war sehr professionell.

Cons:

Nach dem Check-in gingen wir ins Zimmer und es war kalt und nicht sauber (Staub). Ich denke, dass niemand überprüft hat, ob das Zimmer für die Gäste bereit ist.
Ich ging zur Rezeption und das Problem wurde behoben. Für den gesamten Aufenthalt war keine Reinigung des Zimmers trotz der zusätzlichen Zahlung für unseren Hund 15 CHF pro Nacht.
Das Frühstück war nicht eine schöne Überraschung wie das Abendessen (wenig Auswahl und keine Qualität).

有个漂亮的小阳台！小镇风景很美，每家都种了非常美丽的鲜花，从住所步行到湖边很近，早上可以徒步一圈，非常治愈！有停车库，早餐，早餐很丰盛，可以一边欣赏美景一边享用美食！屋子比较宽敞，夜晚安静
