Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterin waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab auf dem Zimmer kein Kühlschrank und keine Klimaanlage.
Bei Temperaturen über 30° war die Juniorsuite kaum aufzuhalten.

Pros:

Die Angestellten haben sich bemüht und waren auch immer freundlich ,das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt positiv hervorgehoben.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ging nicht,es war kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer vorhanden,die Badamaturen und Dusche wirkten schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Auch scheint das Dach schlecht gedämmt zu sein,es war ein unerträgliche Hitze, das alles ohne Klimaanlage dadurch auch keine erholsamen Nächte.

Das Hotel war nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Thuner See und das Jungfraujoch.
Das Bett war gut.

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden.
Die Geräusche von der Durchgangsstraße zwischen Hotel und See war deutlich wahrzunehmen.

Goed verblijf gehad. Ontbijt had ook wat liefdevoller gepresenteerd mogen worden. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Super Lage und tolles Personal
Pros:

Super tolle Lage mit Seesicht vom schönen Restaurant aus. Ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Man wurde herzlich empfangen und sie standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Kurze Fussdistanz zum nahegelegenen Schloss Hünegg oder runter an den See.

Cons:

Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer sag aus wie aus den 90er Jahren, der saubere Teppich hatte diesen muffigen alten Geruch. In den Gängen an Wänden und Decken sieht man einfach, dass schon länger gewisse Renovierungsarbeiten fällig wären.

La vista dalla camera è omolto bella, la posizione è decentrata ma vicino a mezzi pubblici e con possibilità di parcheggio auto. La colazione assolutamente scarsa in rapporto al prezzo.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente inaccettabile. Hotel paragonabile a una semplice pensione in italia. Durante il mio soggiorno ho trovato ascensore fermo per tutti i tre giorni, sul terrazzo guardando in alto presenza di numerose ragnatele, nella doccia fughe con presenza di muffe. Unico cuscino presente assolutamente scarso.

Pros:

Очень спокойное место с прекрасным видом. Слева есть замечательный парк с кенгуру и говорящими попугаями. Природа, озеро, все очень близко и невероятно красиво

Cons:

Парковка могла бы быть зарезервирована для гостей. Если приехать вечером, она может быть занята посетителями ресторана и Вам придется искать где оставить машину.
