Incredibly helpful staff, excellent location - couldn't be better!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. Fantastic staff, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, excellent location. Easy to access the cycle trails from this hotel along with plenty of dining options.

Lovely and practical place to stay with a family in the Hawkes Bay region.
Pros:

Very clean, well appointed and tasteful. It is very well located and quiet. The staff were super helpful and very friendly, even unpacking the groceries we had ordered to the room ahead of time. We stayed with our seven year old and seven month old and it worked well with the children. They provided us with lots of information in advance and upon arrival about what would and wouldn’t be open over the Christmas period so we weren’t caught off guard.

Cons:

The AC struggled a bit with the heat but not enough to deter us from staying again.

Go here if in havelock north .
Pros:

We are in a tour of New Zealand staying in 4 or 5 star hotels . This was by far the best so far . Everything about porters was excellent . The restaurant next door. Malo was an added bonus

Although stay was brief it proved to be comfortable and quiet.

There was no magnifying mirror in bathroom and no body lotion. Refrigerator needed a defrost.

Wonderful intro to Hawke’s Bay
Pros:

Great location with nice shopping. Good selection restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy drive into Napier about 20 mins. Napier is wonderful art deco town centre.
