Pros:

La piscina no estaba toda habilitada,pero estuvo genial, la habitación era cómoda y el servicio de limpieza estuvo impecable y la ubicación está un poco alejado del centro pero la tranquilidad para dormir sin bulla es mejor

Cons:

El desayuno es algo básico y el restaurante del hotel, en realidad no es del hotel.. Fuimos en días festivos y estaba cerrado.
Sin embargo el señor que atiende es super amable

Super na zwiedzanie wyspy :)
Pros:

Świetna obsługa, każda nasza prośba była załatwiona od ręki i na najwyższym poziomie. Klimat basenu i baru nad basenem jest niepowtarzalny. Herbert (tak sądzę, bo w sumie nie wymieniliśmy się imionami) i Jack sprawiają że hotel ma duszę i poza fajnym poziomem pojawia się serdeczność i humor.

Cons:

Blisko lotniska. Po wyjeździe nie mogłem zasnąć bo nie słyszałem samolotów. Trochę na uboczu, ale rekompensował to ceną.

Pros:

Сам номер неплохой, все есть, душ исправный. Очень душевный бармен работает в баре у бассейна. Очень удобное расположение, но есть одно но... За мангровыми зарослями находится взлетно-посадочная полоса. Самолеты начинают летать с 8 утра до 7 вечера

Cons:

Во-первых, часть корпусов находится рядом со строящимся корпусом. Весь этаж, стены, двери или балкон номера усыпаны строительным мусором и цементом. Я хотела посидеть на балконе, а он весь в грязи и с видом на стройку. Доступ к стройке вообще не контролируется, туда может попасть любой человек.
Во-вторых, это было ужасно, но у нас в номере срабатывала пожарная сигнализация каждые 15 минут в течение 4 часов с 8 вечера до полуночи и орала она на весь корпус. И в это время на территории отеля не было ни одного работника, а ресепшен вообще был закрыт. Хотя при заселении нам дали номер для связи с ресепшн по WhatsApp, и сказали, что также можно звонить из комнаты в любое время. Кстати, в комнате телефон был не подключен к сети. На WhatsApp на звонки и сообщения никто не отвечал. То есть ситуацию никак не решить.

Just fine at very good price.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast very nice at pool area. Bartender very entertaining. Pool lovely. Office staff super. Coffee in room and plenty of drinking water. Publics supermarket 2 blocks.

Cons:

Elevator out of service.

A very disappointing experience – High price for poor service and maintenance
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and left feeling extremely frustrated. For the high price we paid, we expected a premium experience, but instead, we received sub-par service and poor facilities.
1. Lack of Privacy & Noise: The rooms have thin connecting doors that offer zero soundproofing. We could hear every conversation and movement from our neighbors, which was very intrusive. Furthermore, we were told by reception that there was no construction nearby, only to be woken up at 7:00 AM by loud drilling and renovation noise right next to our room.
2. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Our room was visibly dirty upon arrival. The pool area, which we were looking forward to, was so poorly maintained and dirty that it was unpleasant to even sit there, let alone swim.
3. Poor Service: When we complained about the noise and the state of the room, the staff seemed lost and unhelpful. Eventually, they agreed to move us to a different room, but when we asked for help moving our luggage, they simply said they "didn't have enough manpower" to assist us. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.
4. Facilities & Breakfast: The gym felt like a crowded local public gym rather than a private hotel facility. As for breakfast, it was very underwhelming; many items listed on the menu were unavailable every single morning, and the overall food quality was disappointing.

Definitely a 2 star. The staff was very helpful.
Pros:

I had a 2 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom with sofa bed. The 2 bedroom was very spacious, clean and beds comfortable. The 1 bedroom with sofa bed was clean. But this unit did not have a sofa bed, it was a futon. Very uncomfortable for sleeping on.
Bedding and towels were changed daily if you wanted.

Cons:

Pool furniture was very much lacking. Only 2 chairs that were not broken. All the rest of chairs had broken arms on them. The lounge chairs were definitely needing to be replaced. All 8 of them.
Water pressure was quite low. I had rented 2 units in 2 different buildings. One building had no water for a day and a half. No notice given.
Kitchen was poorly equipped. Very hard to cook in the room as very few baking dishes, cook sheets and utensils.

Beware the building work.
Pros:

Initially we were shown to a room in Fleet (F) block. The room & balcony were swamped by the building being built exactly adjacent. All grey concrete. No other view!!! That was all you could see. Thankfully we were upgraded to another room. Graziela was very professional & realistic. Best Western should not accept bookings for these rooms while building work is in progress in 2026!
The pool area is nice & the location is great for the Belize City ferry. The airport is adjacent which is also fun if you like planes.
Staff are really friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Do check where your room is located. Avoid Fleet block in 2026!
