Pros:

It is impossible to communicate with the front desk unless you speak Thai. The pictures are far more inviting than the rooms themselves. There is no sense of luxury or comfort at this hotel

Pros:

Отдыхали семьей с двумя детьми в январе 19 года. Перед бронированием прочитал хорошие отзывы об отеле. В целом отель нормальный, расположен в двух минутах ходьбы до моря. Жили в 4 местном номере с двумя большими кроватями. В отеле и номере чисто.Рядом 7/11, аптека, кафешки.
Расстроил прием. При заезде не нашли нашей регистрации, хотя я предоставил распечатку и подтверждение о списании денег за проживание. Администратор неприветлива, создалось впечатление что она всех ненавидит. Отправила нас в 2 х местный номер. После долгих разговоров все таки запустили нас в 4 х местный номер. Далее опять попыталась взять с нас дополнительно оплату. На протяжении 9 дней отдыха, сменилось два администратора. Все вели себя, так как будто мы вселились в номер без оплаты. Перед отъездом опять потребовали деньги за одни сутки. Только когда я им на пальцах посчитал оплаченные дни, они поняли что считать не умеют.
В общем отель нормальный, но вот с администраторами не повезло. За все время ни разу ни кто даже не поздоровался. Мебель очень старая, вся потертая.

3명이상 숙소에서 머물시 반드시 읽어주세요.
Pros:

3명이상 예약 할 시 주의해야 합니다. Kachapol호텔은 3명을 입력한 상태로 진행할 경우 오직 2명이서 잘 수 있는 한가지 방 밖에 없음에도 불구하고 hotels.com에서 예약 할 시 다른 방으로 안내를 받게 됩니다. 저희들은 Kachapol 호텔에서 Superior double room(2 싱글베드)밖에 없음에도 불구하고 Family double room(2더블베드)로 안내 받게 되었고당일날 체크인 했을때 3명이서 머물기 위해선 추가요금을 지불해야 한다고 직원들이 통보했습니다. 또한 기초적인 영어를 잘 모르기에 대화가 잘 통하지도 않았습니다.
그 외에 청결도나 주변환경은 만족스러웠지만 위 같은 상황이 발생하지 않도록 주의하면 나쁘지 않을 것 같네요.

Pros:

Great budget hotel in a quiet part of Koh Chang. Fantasic island, largely untouched. I can thoroughly recommend doing the 4 or 5 islands snorkling tour while here.

Pros:

Very limited english speakers - essentially NONE. Gave print-out of [prepaid] Wotif hotel itinerary and that seemed acceptable.
