Classic family-run Italian period rooms in convenient location
Pros:

Location; adequate aircon; elevated view out to Cruise terminal and Cagliari’s “bay of Angels”; family run, solicitous hosts soon became warm friends, cleaned our quarters to a high standard & called a lovely lady-driven taxi when we departed for the airport!

Cons:

Lots! Although the front door to the (effectively) 3rd floor “bedrooms” is open 8-8pm, we were given one set of 4 keys to enter, then enter the rooms, then our room & safebox - fortunately we didn’t have to ask for an extra set! Included Breakfast at workaday cafe 50m along arcade: coffee, pastry & water; no comp tea/coffee albeit soap/gel/shampoo/cups replaced in bathrooms; antique lift and stairway straight out of “The talented Mr Ripley”; barking dog in private apartment below!

L'emplacement. La sympathie et l'accueil du personnel. La propreté. La chambre pour voyageur seul offre un rapport qualité/coût très intéressant.

Cons:

Un rideau de douche à la baignoire et un porte manteau dans la chambre seraient des plus appréciables.

Дві ** - цим все сказано. Відсутні балкони у внутрішній двір( хоча ціна за номер стоїть з балконом дорожче).
Pros:

Розташування! Чудове місце, до моря - зупинка громадського транспорту, близько центра в ресторанів, поблизу залізничної станції. Місце чудове

Cons:

Не зручно багато ключів які носиш з собою, речі лишаєш і переживаєш чи з ними все буде добре. З персоналу - старенька жіночка і син ( дуже приємний і вічливий, але він один). Також я забронювала і оплатила номер з балконом ( прайс дорожчий), балконів немає взагалі ( внутрішній двір).

La struttura è sicuramente molto bella, ricca di fascino e storia, e nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Tuttavia, non posso fare a meno di segnalare un aspetto che mi ha lasciato perplesso.

Al momento della prenotazione avevo selezionato una tariffa con colazione inclusa, aspettandomi quindi un servizio di colazione effettivamente fornito dalla struttura. Invece mi è stato consegnato un buono del valore di circa 2 euro utilizzabile presso un bar situato a circa 100 metri di distanza. Considerando una tariffa di 150 euro a notte, la soluzione risulta piuttosto deludente e non in linea con le aspettative che normalmente si associano a una prenotazione con colazione inclusa.

Il mio suggerimento è quello di eliminare l’opzione “colazione inclusa” e, eventualmente, offrire semplicemente un buono consumazione a chi desidera usufruirne.

Per il resto, tutto è andato molto bene e il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Für ein bis 3 Tage völlig in Ordnung

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den Hafen. Kleiner, schmaler Balkon. Zimmerausstattung mit älteren Holzmöbel. Bett sehr gut, leider nur eine zusammen hängende Decke. Besitzer und seine Mutter sehr freundlich und er sprach englisch.

Cons:

Leider gab es im Hotel selbst kein Frühstück. Man bekam eine Karte und musste einige Meter weiter laufen in ein Cafe und bekam dann einen Kaffee und ein Stück herzhaftes oder süsses. Für uns ist das für den Zimmerpreis kein Frühstück. Leider wie auf Sardinien oft erlebt, funktionierte die Toilette nicht immer sofort. Man musste sehr oft den Knopf 5-10 mal drücken bis die Spülung mal lief. Dusche mit Vorhang und es wird alles nass.

PIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO IN STRUTTURA
Pros:

Struttura gestita a livello familiare da persone gentilissime. Posizione ottima. Cambio giornaliero della biancheria che per un B&B 2 stelle non è affatto scontato. Colazione da effettuare al bar a pochi metri dall'hotel.
