Loved the location - right in the centro storico and close to everything.
Th whole place was super clean and comfortable and Luca and his mum were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would go there again
Pros:

A unique atmosphere of an old-style, family-run Mediterranean hotel, similar to old European hotels in cities like Alexandria, Beirut, or Athens. Well-maintained and with a friendly and very helpful staff (I assume the owner?). I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The single room doesn't have much of a view, but that's the layout of the old-style architecture, and also, you don't go to Cagliari to stay all day in a hotel room, so it doesn't matter that much.
