Very friendly welcome by the host.

Nice room, excellent location. Quiet.

Cons:

For the include breakfast you get a voucher to use at a bar two minutes walk away. The breakfast consits of a pastry, a coffee and a glass of water.

The single bed could be a bit bigger.

Wer ein aussergewöhnliches Zimmer sucht, liegt hier genau richtig: im altklassischen Stil sind die Möbel, gepflegt und sehr gut erhalten. Für einen smalltalk, verbunden mit Ausgeh-Tipps waren Luca und seine Mutter stets da. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute, die eine zentrale Unterkunft mit Charme suchen.

Lokalizacja i sympatyczny właściciel to jedyne plusy.

Cons:

Brak prywatności, człowiek czuje się inwigilowany: wychodzisz jednymi drzwiami, drugie się otwierają, żeby sprawdzić kto wychodzi. Dodam, że są kamery. Wyjeżdzasz windą - drzwi zaraz się otwierają... Starsza pani siedzi na fotelu koło wyjścia i obserwuje: wchodzisz- wychodzisz pod nadzorem. Inwigilacja, której dawno nie doświadczyliśmy.
Rano wejście do pokoju bez pukania - gospodarz zastał mnie w łóżku, masakra.
W łazience brak prysznica. Zamiast tego dziwna, mała wanna, w której nie da się nawet stać. Myjesz się jak w miednicy, bo brak zasłony i brak innej pozycji...
Hotel to może był, 20-30 lat temu. Dzisiaj to zwykłe pokoje do wynajęcia. Przydałby się remont, głównie łazienek. Byliśmy na 2 pokoje i żaden nie był komfortowy.
Brak znajomości angielskiego. Starsza Pani temperamentna włoszka, z którą nie da się porozumieć nawet translatorem. Najważniejsza dla niej sprawa po przyjeździe, to zabranie Ci dowodu i zapłacenie podatku miejskiego, bo bez tego nie dostaniesz karty na wspaniałe śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni.
Cena 150 euro za noc mocno wygórowana. Śniadanie to porażka. Lepiej dołożyć 50 euro i spać w bardziej nowoczesnym miejscu.
