This hotel is dirty and low quality. Warm air con and cockroaches in the bathroom. Won't refund despite only being here 1 hour. Offered a change of room to a room in full sunlight and stinking of damp. Compensation was offered as a free breakfast. Pathetic. AVOID AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. this is substandard.
Property location too far away from the action of Pattaya for me Room and facilities were ok but l felt management focus was primarily for Indian guests Half of breakfast buffet was catering to lndian tastes so rather disappointed in buffet as l find Indian food too spicy .
Stuffs were great, good service. There were some problems with the hotel but they tried hard to fix it. It was unlucky wasn't hotel's fault.
Breakfast was good, enough varieties. Didn't try the pool was out most of the time anyway
Only problem for me was the mattress was way too hard for my liking, it'd be great for those who prefer hard bed but it was too much for me.
I'd come back again if it wasn't because of the mattress.

It's at the end of an alley off the main road, so there are no restaurants nearby. But it's quiet.
The hotel looks OK, very clean rooms, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is varieties.

Check in was easy - no issues with the rooms and the staff were friendly. Can’t fault anything as the room did exactly what I needed and was a really cheap price.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the beach. It is old and very basic. My room stink of smoke and had some ants.
The pool is small and is either shared with the adjacent hotel or random people just walk in and use it.
There are much better options available.

Decent place to stay at if you’re looking to get away for few days.
Minor improvements;
- walls can do with sound proofing.
- Kettle was not easy to turn on, tried my friends room, same issue.
- road leading to the hotel smells of sewage from the drainage.
