1/ The hotel entrance is beautiful and welcoming.

2/ The beds are extremely comfortable, spacious, and the bedding is by far the hotel's biggest asset.

3/ The location is also convenient, being close to Walking Street, with many massage parlors, shops, and other services nearby.

Cons:

1/ Only one person from the staff was friendly.

2/ Unfortunately, I will not return to this hotel because of the overall atmosphere created by some large tour groups staying at the property. Throughout my stay, many guests were extremely noisy and inconsiderate of others. People were shouting in the corridors late at night and again very early in the morning, with little regard for those trying to sleep. Since the hotel is poorly soundproofed, every conversation, laugh, and shout could be heard from the rooms, making it difficult to rest properly.

The noise was so overwhelming during the first few days that we seriously considered changing hotels altogether. We were a group of eight friends, and every single one of us shared the same opinion : we all wanted to move to another hotel from the very first day because the constant noise in the hallways was simply unbearable. It felt less like a hotel and more like a busy public space, with shouting and commotion at all hours of the day and night.

The same issue affected the pool area. Instead of being a place to relax, it was often crowded with large groups and children (from school ?) making a significant amount of noise. As a result, I only used the pool once during my stay because it was impossible to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment.

3/ The breakfast buffet also appeared very basic and lacked variety according to friends who tried it, although I did not purchase the breakfast option myself.

Overrated hotel, not value for money at all

Cons:

The rooms are too small. Facilities are limited. Forgot some stuffs like my shaving gellette and water-spraying-guns (used for Songkran) and no staff members reported that I have left it. Usually the hotels do during the checkout. So overrated.
