Cons:

Appartamento sporco, in cucina abbiamo trovato delle formiche. Ti specificano anche che prima di ripartire devi pulire tu la cucina se la utilizzi, assurdo a mio parere. Non ci sono zanzariere. La colazione inclusa comprendeva solo cornetto, caffè e succo, mentre chi decideva lì di farla pagava il buffet meno della differenza tra una prenotazione con colazione e una senza colazione.

Camere fatiscenti, pagate 300 euro a notte, credo sia assolutamente inaccettabile, abbiamo prenotato basandoci sulle fotografie, ma di persona tutto quello che abbiamo riscontrato era totalmente diverso... bidet non funzionante a causa di una perdita di acqua, parcheggio auto pagato a 10€ a notte, una culla per bambini pagata 15 euro a notte ma di fatto era una culla per campeggio e per finire, una colazione dove prevedeva un cornetto e una bevanda calda e una fredda. Indecente, unica nota positiva la ragazza del bar e della reception sempre cordiale e sorridente.

Accettabile ma con costi nascosti eccessivi

Posizione, accoglienza del personale.

Cons:

Regole assurde (del tipo che devo pulire la cucina prima di uscire e do buttare l'immondizia) quando mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro per la pulizia della camera dovuto alla presenza di un cane. Costo colazione eccessivo (un cornetto e un cappuccino 10 euro). Costo parcheggio 10 euro...

Pros:

La posizione e buona. La colazione discreta.

Cons:

Il prezzo esagerato per la struttura, non c’è wi-fi nelle camere e per quello che uno paga la colazione potrebbe essere compresa, cosa più importante i letti scomodi.

Posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro, al mare ed al supermercato

Cons:

La disposizione è panoramica ma verso l'interno, ci manca un po' la vista diretta del mare, ma ci si può fare poco, probabilmente è il motivo che consente di avere un prezzo più accessibile

Tolles Appartment mit vielen Möglichkeiten mit tollen Stränden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr großer Balkon (für bis zu 6 Personen). Zu Fuß ca. 10 Min. zum Meer (Pizzomunno) und ca. 10 Min. in die Altstadt. Die Appartmentanlage liegt auf eine Anhöhe und vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze verfügbar. Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuß in 10 Min. erreichbar. Mit dem Auto in 10 Min. bei einem großen Eurospin. Das Appartment hat alles, was man benötigt und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche in Vieste und für Apulien-Fans ist Vieste ein „Must have“.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
