The shower drainage was not working properly

Cucarachas por toda habitación, sucio, baño mal cuidado, ducha sucia

The 1st room on the second floor was horrible- it smelt of paint, the room was stuffy and not well ventilated

The housekeeping or reception staff could have put the air conditioner on prior to arrival- the second room was okay- but smaller and no bar fridge

The reception staff did not give that at "home" feeling- everything felt forced and they made the stay horrid

The wifi - it was ridiculous slow if it worked- didn't work most of the stay

The TV in the room didn't work

The laundry service- they could have stated that they do not put this on your room charge and that they require cash only - huge inconvenience

Parking - there is no safe parking- you need need to squeeze into a small space( only maximum 3 cars can fit)and get woken up in the morning to move the vehicle so someone can get out- ended up parking in the street.

Breakfast service - please advise guests to bring their own butter and bread since we didn't have during the stay ( the lady said that they ran out)

The juice- yohhh. You should just save and serve water only

Não tinha frigobar e o café da manhã era muito ruim. Não tinha sequer manteiga (primeira vez na vida que vi isso) nem geléia, cream cheese, nada. Apenas sucrilhos e algumas frutas inteiras, além da comida típica moçambicana. Precisam pensar nos estrangeiros que se hospedam lá e disponibilizar um café continental. Também seria ideal haver algo para comer à noite.

O pequeno-almoço é um pouco pobre.

They had given away my one double room when I arrived to a bigger group. I had secured the booking over a month prior to the visit. The receptionist attending to us could not attend to anyone efficiently and was focusing his attention on a big group that appeared to have just arrived without bookings. Most of the customers were upset in the lobby due to the condition of the rooms, lack of towels and just poor customer services. I don't recommend staying at this hotel

The room was stale and moldy, bad smell coming from the air-conditioning unit, the curtains and the old forniture. Wi-Fi does not work at all in the room, but only in the hotel lobby. The key of the room did not work, had to be changed every time I came back to the room. For three days I had to get up very early, before the breakfast was served. I kindly asked to have a small breakfast pack: I got nothing but a banana on the last day.

O facto de ter falta de algumas coisas no quarto, falo da falta de luz na casa de banho e falta de pelo menos mais uma toalha na casa de banho, tendo em consideração que são duas pessoas que ocupam o mesmo, a falta de colher para mexer o chá, falta de mais uma chave e copo de água, tudo isso tendo em consideração que são duas pessoas que ocupam o quarto.
Por fim, o pequeno almoço estava bom ( sabor da comida ), porém estragou quando chegamos lá para tomar o mesmo, já havia acabado algumas comidas e o sumo que tinha huuuuumm.
