An excellent and cozy hotel

Friendly and polite staff, excellent service, good breakfast and late night free noodles, free ice cream bars and yogurt drink, large hot spring bath, loaner umbrellas, comfortable toilet. Laundry facilities were easy to use.The only drawback was the type of room vantage sink which was too easy to wet my cloth when using the sink because of its design. The bedside light stand was tiny, inconvenient for holding off hand items for bed time. Another thing was the wet floor of the public bath locker room. I consider that a big issue because my barefoot stepped on the wet floor. I believe a good hotel like Dormy can solve this issue very easily. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Self service check in a bit challenging depending on code and passport type but overall staff helpful when needed. Breakfast option is worth the extra cost but need to be done by 930 am as they start to clean up before closing at 10 am sharp. Baggage area convenient but crowded so go early. Overall rooms clean and just enough space for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 small children.

Pros:

Nice relaxing stay with family. Deluxe twin room provided larger than normal room for Tokyo. The onsen was on the smaller size but a wonderful amenity.

Have been using a dormy Inn hotel for a long time, more than 40days stay overall across the whole Japan. This place unfortunately is very sub par standard. Especially, the staff attidue is very concerning. With this rate, I really recommend to consider a 4star hotel. Very disappointed this time.
